The quote was reasonable and extremely detailed meaning there are 0 surprises when it comes time to decide what to do. All the reviews complaining about the 3% credit card fee must not realize how many businesses do that and just dont tell you up front.
The office staff was very professional and had top notch customer service. As for pricing it was very reasonable and like I said completely transparent in the initial quote. Not to mention how quickly they got me back on the road!”

“I took my 2021 Silverado in because the transmission was slipping. When they called to tell me it needed a new transmission, they already had the part price, labor cost, and lead time ready to go. I have a third-party warranty, and Rosie took it from there — I honestly just sat back while they handled everything: contacting the warranty company, ordering parts, and filing all the paperwork.
Carlos was great and super easy to talk to. He walked me through the issues with the truck, explained how he diagnosed it, and I even found out he plays instruments.
If I could give a 10 out of 5, I would. I would absolutely return if I have any more issues. The whole crew are rockstars.”
“Kensington Motor Cars has for the past five years serviced and repaired our old British automobile, of which we are very fond, and they've always done a marvellous job of it. But the shop recently came under new ownership, and change is not always good....
Yesterday, I visited KMC for a full service, the first since our land yacht was properly cared for at the end of last year. It was with great relief that I found my favourite Las Vegas auto repair outfit ticking over perfectly, and very neatly, besides. The waiting room was spotless; in fact, the whole place projected efficiency and professionalism. I dealt exclusively with Ed, who welcomes clients and manages vehicle intake, a very pleasant fellow who knows his trade (Ed is a proper mechanic who actually works on cars, together with his other duties about the place). Andrew's the new owner and while I did not meet him it is obvious from my excellent experience that he takes great pride in this respected enterprise. I highly recommend Kensington Motor Cars.”

I’ve had this truck for 20 years and it’s recently been important to me to find a shop that actually specializes in Toyotas and this place is IT. Andrew and his team are great.
