“Review for June 30- July 5, 2025 while traveling between Offices for work at the time, my engine and dash started vibrating prior to getting off at Russell and 95, acted like it was going to cut out/Stall. called my dad in a panic once I parked and said to let it cool down we would check it once i got home. long story short, ran the diagnostic test, got the code,sister referred me to here, mentioned it to them, mentioned i ran the diagnostic test, and they said it sounded like what it said it was and my care was in and out within a day.

I also had them check my AC at last minute, they fixed the hoses, but I think its the housing unit. BUT, pricing came way in under what I thought it would cost me over all. I am glad I talked around to a few people, and did not go to the dealership. Thank you for saving the day! definitely will stay in my book for any future car issues. and will pass your information by word of mouth. great staff, friendly, very patient and punctual. they don't do work without your consent, and communication is great.”

“This is an amazing owner operated shop. We originally found Ace when we were looking for someone to perform basic oil changes & maintenence on a household of European & Korean cars. Since then, it's become our go to spot for everything. We have a Volvo, Audi Mercedes & a Hyundai. We had the radiator replaced on the Volvo at another shop but my son continued to have to put coolant in the car frequently. We took it back to that shop & were told nothing was wrong. No suggestions or possibilities were offered so my son just continued to keep a supply of coolant on hand & check the levels. Recently, he decided to take it to Ace to find out why his oil was leaking. They diagnosed & gave 2 possible reasons. They also said when the car was in the shop, they would let us know what needed to be done to fix the radiator leak. While my son decided when he wanted to get the repair done, he realized he also needed brakes. By the time he dropped his car off, he had worn the brakes down so badly, the calipers seized. Needless to say, we were sure that with all of these issues, we would be in for a couple thousand dollars at least. We were given an estimate, which seemed reasonable. When my son called for the total before picking the car up, the final cost was $800 under what we had been quoted. I've never experience that with an auto repair shop before. They even discovered that the radiator wasn't the issue. A hard to access hose had been incorrectly installed & was causing the leak. They tightened it up while doing the other repairs & it has not leaked since. My son says the car runs like it's new. This place is the best. They are honest & do a great job. You'll definitely need to make an appointment ahead of time because they're busy but they're worth it.”

As a first time customer I was warmly greeted and immediately afterwards my vehicle was quickly under repair after conveying the issues. Once a diagnosis was completed I was conveniently notified through text what would need to be carried out to remedy the problems. I was given a full breakdown-price included up front. The work done was very rapidly. The technician(s) that completed the repairs put in some really good work. My visit to Asian Import Auto was truly a top shelf experience. “My first experience with Imperial Auto and Truck Service Center was when I brought in my boyfriend’s BMW for new brakes, rotors, and sensors. I was so impressed with the staff, the quality of their work, and how well they took care of his car that when my own vehicle developed a problem back home in Southern California, I drove it all the way to Henderson because I trusted Imperial to diagnose and fix it properly.

They found the issue very quickly and handled everything directly with my extended warranty company. I didn’t have to make calls, deal with paperwork, or go back and forth with anyone. They took care of the entire process, and all I had to do was pay my deductible.

Later, another unrelated problem came up, and they handled that quickly as well. Most recently, I had a small issue with my car, and they fixed it for me as a courtesy without charging me.

It’s those little things that make a huge difference. Finding an auto shop that is honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly takes care of its customers is not easy.

Imperial Auto and Truck Service Center has completely earned my trust. Going forward, I’ll be bringing all of our vehicles here, both the ones we have in Las Vegas and my vehicles in California. Even if that means driving from Southern California to Henderson, it’s worth it to know I’m taking my car somewhere I trust.
