“John. Manager. He is the best. When I was in a tight bind to get a storage and on a fast notice , John made my move very easy. Storage units are very close to doors. So easy to move in. Paid four months in advance to save a lot of. Money.

“Storage One and ALL its staff reminds me of the old customer service we USE to get everywhere. You talk to an actual person who has a cheerful attitude making you feel comfortable right from the start and they help you out every way they can and make the process of renting a space quick, fast and easy. I like the idea of being able to rent a U-Haul with them so you only have one stop at the end of the day. I highly recommend using them and I will use them again when I need it.”

“Check in was a breeze and the young lady that helped us was fantastic, courteous and professional. Our unit location and the ease of entering the premises is good. The reason for four stars instead of 5 is the dirty unit. We had to bring broom and cordless vac to clean our unit. If we had water access we would have mopped. It seems it has never been cleaned. A good cleaning throughout the building would be nice. ?”

“BK the store manager is so freakin cool. I walked in needing a uhaul right now and he made everything so easy and smooth. Hes the man right here. He also owns the smokes shop the uhaul place is in the smoke shop. I will always recommend this man for a uhaul. Thank you 4 everything. Let me add He was such a nice guy. She walked me through the best options for my move, and went above and beyond showing me truck features that I want familiar with. I have used multiple u haul locations in Las Vegas. Paula makes the experience pleasant and I'd say she's the best uhaul vendor i have dealt with, personally.”
“I was wrongfully charged a 25 cleaning fee. The location was unable to help because the agreement is online but agreed i shouldnt be charged for that. I will be following up in monday with the 1800 number the kind lady who helped me gave to me.”

“I love this place! Very clean and staff is so helpful! I have had a unit here for over 4 years and I always have a good experience. This part of Las Vegas is not the best area but you would not even know it when leaving your things here. Every unit has a personal alarm and security is highly monitored. Carts are available upon asking and the units are climate controlled. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends because of the prices and value you receive. “WONDERFUL STAFF!!! I actually rented from this location MONTHS ago, and still think about the kind customer service I got here.
I ordered my rental online, it was super last minute as another location had incorrect hours posted and it didn’t work for us. We ordered before they even opened so I waited to ensure I didn’t rush their opening up process too much. I walked in and one of the gentleman was helping a group and so the kind woman assisted me with my process inside. She moved a bit slow but for a good reason, as she had to sling her arm and could only use one hand, so I was immensely patient!! I learned that this location is run by a family, the man is the woman’s son and they both have the most amazing service. I had to wait for various reasons during the process and wasn’t even upset one bit. The mother apologized for the wait and so did the son when they helped get me on the road. I am appreciative of their kindness, and for the fact that I got to witness true family love! You can tell they care for each other and care for their customers. I will keep this location in mind for all of my u-haul needs!”
