I was wrongfully charged a 25 cleaning fee. The location was unable to help because the agreement is online but agreed i shouldnt be charged for that. I will be following up in monday with the 1800 number the kind lady who helped me gave to me.

You guys were completely amazing. When my husband had emergency surgery and I couldn't get the truck back in time Alicia made it happen at a discounted price. Amazing customer service. Will never use anyone else. Thank you Alicia

Awesome Uhaul location. Elaine was such a big help, very experienced & patient. Prices/sizes we're understandable and matching customers needs, just Awesome!! Doing business here again for sure.
