Why is everyone so nasty…. The phone was ringing the worker answered it then left it on so no callers could call back. You could hear the tone from where we were standing. Rude rude rude people. please do better ups

There is a reason I am not posting the first 1 star review for this place. Front staff here is weirdly antagonistic to their own customers.
