Any time I’ve called our number to check in the person answering the phone has been friendly and professional. They answer emails quickly, too! Definitely no complaints, and absolutely worth what they charge, which is not much compared to what I would be willing to pay for this quality of service!”
“Big shout-out to Anaily and Denise for their help today!! I was trying to return tires from Amazon that came with nonsensical directions. They gave me the customer service number for Amazon and offered me a cheaper option to print my return labels. Then they went about their work cheerfully while I waited on hold and then double checked that everything was correct. Thank you for making a stressful situation feel like it was no biggie ❤️”

“I won't tell you how old I am but I have been using UPS stores for a very long time. This store on Bonanza and Nellis is one of the cleanest, friendliest, and quickest UPS stores I've ever been to. The longest wait has only been 2 minutes and I've always been met with a smile.”
