“I love going to this place. Everyone is friendly and they provide great service. Little did they know going in there today that I was feeling sad because I have to have surgery and was not in the best mood. While I was waiting my fax this lovely lady brought in some lemons she grows at home and they offered me a lemon lol! “I had to RMA a laptop back to the manufacturer to sort out a battery issue, I've never had to personally ship such an expensive high ticket item and was fairly stressed about the whole process. I called around multiple businesses, but I spoke to a gentleman at this store over the phone who helped walk me through the FedEx return process. Later in the day I did visit this location and was greeted by two very adorable puppers who would put a smile on anyone's face. More importantly however when I did meet an associate (or possibly the owner?), she quickly addressed my problem and again assured me of the process and what to expect going forward. I had only brought in the laptop & the shipping label and she wrapped and secured my item in a very professional manner boding great confidence in my decision to come to this business. I'm terrible with names, and wish I could personally address both of the employees there and thank them for their assistance. Hopefully the computer issue gets sorted out, I know that in the future if o ever need to ship any items of importance I will be returning here. Thanks again for the great help, it is very much appreciated!”
