I just spent at least 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone on the phone and no one answered my call before the line automatically went dead.

Not sure why this location has negative reviews. Everytime I walk into this location, there is rarely any wait time. Staff is friendly and attentive. Im usually in-and-out within a few minutes. No location in the Vegas Valley runs this smoothly. Could be location, but either way, this location deserves positive remarks.
