“I've been going to this post office for years and each time I've had a pleasant experience. I only go here and there though so not consistently. The only bad thing is how dirtyyy it looks. Yes I put extra y's on purpose because it looks so dirty. They need to hire a company to come in and clean from floor to ceiling and repaint. Other than that it's fine. The workers have always been helpful and friendly.”

“Honestly, I was nervous to go because in my almost 30 years of life I've never mailed something ?? and because of all the bad reviews. But I looked at the reviews for the USPS stores across the city and they all have bad reviews ??♀️ so I figured I'd go to the one closest to me. Dude, I had nothing to worry about lol. There was a line when I went in, but it was taken care of quickly. I admitted to the lady at the counter right off the bat I wasn't sure of how the process would work, but I wanted to ship something to return it. The lady at the counter was so kind to me, didn't make me feel rushed in any sense. Showed me my cheapest option, but still offered upgraded things. And made a lil bit of light convo while I was getting my things together, which honestly made me feel really comfortable despite how awkward I am so I didn't contribute to the convo much lol. Luckily no one was behind me, because I feel like the people in the line before me came in prepared and knew what they were doing so it didn't take long to help them vs the few minutes it took for me to get myself situated lol. I just think if you come in with kindness and patience, you will get that in return. I will come here again if I ever need to send something else!”

I visited in person and Wayne was so helpful he made certain I was taken care of and leaving I felt extremely confident that these issues will not happen again. “Mike, the supervisor there, assisted me today and went above and beyond.I had accidentally written the wrong address on a package so it wasn’t delivered on time. I contacted the sender and also usps trying to intercept it from being returned to the sender. I chose to receive a call from usps regarding my issue, within minutes I got a call from Mike telling me he got the message and grabbed my package just before it went to returns. He told me I could pick it up or it would be delivered on Monday. I couldn’t pick it up before close so I said Monday was fine. He said he might be able to have it delivered today. He called me a few hours later and confirmed with me it will be delivered today!! I am ecstatic! Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time, especially from a delivery service. Thank you thank you Mike! I hope you get a big raise and promotion!”

“We were mailing some boxes back home, this one customer was complaining about getting some elses mail. While I understand how irritating that could be, its not that post office workers fault. This lady was yelling and cursing saying she's not a f***ing mailbox. The employees kept their cool and and ignored the irate person. Kudos to them for bringing a little levity to the situation”

“I went to my local post office, and it was packed, so I went here to this little hidden gem , inside Albertsons, and there were only three people in line. This is a substation, so thank goodness only a few people come here, but they do all the services of a regular post office. Service was excellent with a very friendly worker, well worth the drive to come here.”
