“Busy but line moves quickly. Neat, clean, & cool. Easy parking just go slow your first visit to familiar yourself with one-way entrance & one-way exit. Handicap parking & easy ramp. Lots of wheelchair room. Exterior is neat & well kept. I think our postman is great, every postal facility has been great, great stamps & tee shirts. I just love everything US POSTAL.”
“Honestly, this is one of the best post offices I’ve ever been to. There’s a massive parking lot so there’s always parking. all the people are extremely friendly and not forcibly friendly. They look genuinely happy to help people and I’ve never experienced any really long lines this place should honestly be five stars whoever left any bad reviews was having a bad day. Shameful.”

“We had a great experience at this post office! We were able to take the Deuce bus there and walk just a couple of short blocks. The staff is very friendly and it wasn't very busy. The pens in this post office are all flowers, which I thought was a cute touch! Ms. Maleny helped us and was very kind and understanding with all of our questions. We shipped a poster to our home since we weren't going to be able to take it on the plane. I would absolutely go to this post office the next time we're in Vegas!!! Thank you, Ms. Maleny! :)”
“We bought two USPS Money Orders September 24, 2025 on our way to San Francisco to apply for visas to Portugal. The employee was very professional and friendly ... “I'm going to be positive and round this up to a 4...The staff here that I've interacted with seem generally pleasant and helpful, and, after all, they are who we are rating. Aside from that, I think all post offices pretty much use the same playbook. They all seem to be in charge of moving correspondence around according to pretty much any designation that you designate... And relatively inexpensively, I might add, although, admittedly, I lost track of the cost of a stamp 20 years ago... But I think it's something like a handful of pocket change. It's definitely less than you would expect if you were tasked with driving a letter I'd written to my auntie Delores who lives outside of rural Chattanooga.”

“The service there is great. But the only problem is. Where I live in the apartment complex on the left side of me is Henderson. Right side of me is Henderson and where Las Vegas. I have a post office less than a half a mile away. But I got to go all the way down to Vegas village Post office which is a long drive and they're tearing up the roads right now. So in that sense I'm not happy at all.”

“Compared to other post offices, this one is great. I have been to it many times and have had similar experiences.
The outdoor drive-thru box to drop off mail is actually located on the side of the building and accessed via the side road.
The front of the building faces Pebble (the address of the post office).
There is plenty of free parking.
Once inside, the post office boxes are located to your right.
The self-service kiosk and free priority shipping boxes are located just ahead of you when you enter.
The day I used the kiosk for my pre-paid needs, the receipt printer was down but I was able to use the email receipt option. There was no one in line in front of me for the kiosk. I was able to process my parcels efficiently and without any issues.
The bin to deposit your parcels is located just to the left of the kiosk.
To the left of the front door is the main post office area where their friendly staff are at the counter to help people in the queue with their needs. The lobby itself is not that big nor do they have a large amount of counter space. Also located there are shipping supplies available for sale. It was decently stocked here.
There was a small queue of people waiting to be helped.
Overall, this location was very nice and very clean. I was surprised that at the time of day that I went to this location, it wasn't more crowded. Usually on Fridays, around mid-day (I went at 3:00 p.m.), it's much busier. You can always tell by how busy the parking lot is when you pull in.
The staff were very friendly.
There was plenty of free parking and the location's exterior is also very well-maintained.
Overall, a great experience at this location.”
