I had a really positive experience at USPS today thanks to adimika. She brought great energy to the counter, was extremely helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. Even with a line building up, she stayed organized, kept things moving, and handled each customer with patience and professionalism.

When I was in this location getting a P.o. Box I ask if post office was closed was I able to have access to the p.o. box and was told yes. Went this morning at 6:30 am and GUESS WHAT WAS NOT ABLE TO. 😡😡
