I cannot overstate how horrendous the USPS location near UNLV is. The customer service here is shockingly bad, bordering on lazy and completely unprofessional. The staff carry themselves with the kind of attitude you’d expect from people working for free—apathetic, dismissive, and unwilling to actually help.
For over a month, I had ongoing issues with my mail, including a package that was wrongfully held and eventually sent back to the sender because of their negligence. On multiple visits, the same employee repeatedly told me my mail was not there—yet when I filed a claim and spoke with USPS customer service by phone, it turned out the mail had been there all along. This level of incompetence—or dishonesty—is inexcusable.
The staff’s appearance is just as bad as their work ethic. Their uniforms and general presentation are sloppy, careless, and entirely unprofessional. It’s embarrassing for a federal institution to have employees representing them in this manner.
Overall, this branch sets a new low standard for customer service. Repeated misinformation, laziness, lack of accountability, and poor presentation make visiting this location a frustrating and degrading experience. Unless major changes are made, I would strongly advise avoiding this branch.

Why is the post office closed on a Thursday at 12p smh I'm so sick of this post office the worker is so rude and unprofessional she locks the doors because she's the only one working close the place down if yall not here to serve the community 😒

Worst post office in the country. Let me just start by saying I was excited to have a post office so close to my new home and upon discovering the horrific conditions there I was appalled. I have been in on 4 separate occasions in the first 2 weeks of me living at my new place and the internet is down every single time. Leaving me unable to process my change of address. When you go inside and ask when it will be fixed all they say is “soon”. Yet to my surprise it’s still down at the time me writing this ! Do better at informing your customers of your location being unable to provide the basic services it does and no communication about when the problem will be fixed . Can tell the place is ran like a junkyard , your better off at any other location

Sent books home and they tore the package apart and said the packing materials (couple of old shirts) weren't books so I couldn’t use media mail. Made me pay 3x’s the price. I can’t understand why they get so many bad reviews…

I read the reviews prior to coming to this post office and the reviews scared me. But I had a great experience. The lady who service us was very pleasant and so helpful. She assisted with the box that would better fit what I was shipping and that helped me save money. The line moved quickly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting for almost an hour, the attitude the postal worker had was atrocious. She lied about the policies and rudely threatened to call a manager when we questioned what she said.

Horrible service. I walked in and no one was at the front counter. I had to yell out of anyone was there. I provided them with change of address forms. It was never done. Beware ⚠️.
