Busiest post office I ever went to

This post office has been a continuous source of frustration. The cluster mailboxes in our area are constantly broken or targeted for theft, which has caused my family and I serious issues, especially with medications I get sent from the VA that I can no longer safely have delivered to our mailbox (keeps getting stolen and trying to file a report is near impossible). We have had to pay out-of-pocket for a UPS box just to ensure I get what I need, something I never had to deal with when I had a traditional home mailbox.
On top of that, when we have tried to reach out for help, particularly at the Jones Blvd office, the staff response has often been dismissive or outright hostile. On multiple occasions, I’ve left messages after reporting stolen mail, only to either get no response or be met with yelling employees when I do get a call back. As a 100% disabled veteran, these situations add unnecessary stress and make it even harder to resolve what should be straightforward postal service issues.
We have tried escalating the issues above the local post office only to be ignored. This is not acceptable customer service, and it’s a disservice to the community that depends on reliable mail delivery. Currently our cluster box has been broken for a month which causes not just me, but the neighborhood, to have to go to the Jones Blvd office location and stand in line +45 mins to just pick up our mail. With the AC broke in the lobby and the rude staff, it makes for a very miserable experience.
FIX OUR CLUSTER BOX or let us have our own mailboxes near our homes.

The staff was helpful but 25 minutes wait was terrible. Mail/parcel pickup was unavailable. My parcel was marked out for delivery in the morning and then marked at post office for pickup at noon. No tag in mailbox. So I wasted 45 minutes total going to the post office to pick up my parcel and was told that the box never made it out for delivery today and would have been delivered the next day. What good is tracking if it is wrong?

I filled out a mail hold and dropped it off at the post office as I have in the past. When I returned home, my mail was restarted but I received no held mail for the 3 weeks I was gone. When I went to the post office four days later, I was told it was probably out for delivery. It wasn't. Returned to the post office the next day. First they said it might be out for delivery. Next they tried to tell me that the mail I received the first day was three weeks worth of mail. I pointed out that it was the amount of mail that we normally receive in a day and that there were several items that I know were sent during this period that were not received by us. At that point, I was told they never received a hold from me and my mail was returned to sender. I have subsequently contacted two people who had sent birthday cards to my wife during this time and they have not had their mail returned. So, in conclusion, three weeks worth of mail were lost(or delivered to the wrong address) and they lied about it multiple times then blamed the customer. The worst post office ever!

Probably the worst customer service for passport renewal. Avoid this place, not helpful, short with the people and no care.

Every Door Direct Mail Order.... 1000 adverts
ZERO Response, which indicates nothing was delivered. The odds of zero response are pretty much inexistent. Minimum would be 50 responses. Max of course would be 1000 or more due to word of mouth.
I would avoid this service, especially since there is no return. Basically paying for nothing. Total crap.

This problem has improved. For years gifts, checks, e kind of mail was going to a street with a a similar name and the people would keep everything. Even certified postal check sighn delivery of a check. My friend is the post master that sent the check called Our manager .Our manager tried to say she put the wrong address. My post master friend said someone better retrieve that check and give it to me or she would file a complaint with the head person for the Postal service. By the end of the day I got the check!

Ms Tammy was very disrespectful rolling her eyes and refusing to help me with a lost package or to even hear me out on what was going on after dismissing like a child her co-workers assisted and was very professional but Ms Tammy made me and my wife feel like she refuse to help us because we are a mixed couple

Dropped mail outside at 8 am. Only one box. Box was damaged and no schedule. Called to see if it would be picked up. Three times no answer and no survey.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lines get long, but they move reasonably fast.
