Yet another poorly staffed post office. Lady at the counter was just rude and snippy. I’ve never been to this post office before so I asked a question and she looked at me like I was dumb.
I love USPS, will continue to use USPS, but why do they pick terrible people to be the face for their customers?

Mr. Bare supervisor at this location falsely accused my husband of fraud, followed him to retrieve mail that was found in a neighbour's mailbox after he presented ID, and then left withiut offering any apology when it became clear the accusation was unfounded. A formal complaint has been issued against him.

I have lost 3 packages now with this post office. NEVER use the lobby bins they lose your shit half the time and don't scan it, meaning that if you are a seller there is no proof you dropped it off. And eBay or other places won't help you. They are also never staffed correctly and broken printers most the time.
