Unwilling to complete passport applications for two siblings after completing one for another because clerk was overly defensive about ‘mistakes’ the customers made. When customer, not denying the mistake, tried to clarify how it occurred to avoid future mistakes, clerk was not cooperative and accused costumers of being argumentative.

Employees are rude and don't seem follow published shipping requirements. Seem more interested in upselling to a "premium" shipping method.

Expect to wait no less than 40 minutes to get what you need done. And then once you are being “helped”, be prepared to be welcomed with rude workers that make it obvious they don’t want to be there nor speak to you.

This is my local post office and I go here all the time to drop off my mail, buy stamps and I even renewed my passport here! The clerk helped me with all my questions and received my passport at a prompt time. It gets really busy at times but I always find a day where I'm not in a rush. The line moves rather quickly too. I am so happy that the clerks are very nice with me. I truly appreciate that. One time, I remember I had trouble getting into my mailbox at home and I went in person to speak to the manager and the carrier knocked at my door to deliver my mail. I was very grateful. I love the variety of forever stamps.

This post office is a joke. Nobody picks up the phone, postman in our location is super rude ignoring you talking and just sit in car and drive. Because of them my package almost went back to Europe. Only because they were too lazy to read label with address.And in the end in pick up window employee was like some kind of out of mind person which can't control emotions with all force throw my package and breaking the box. Ridiculous. I don't know how it's possible that these people don't meet any consequences. There are so many people which would love to take their job and respect it.

Another batch of America’s fattest, laziest slobs who have a job you can’t get fired from. Just jerk people around for 20 years, work as slow as possible all just to collect a pension. Lines out the door all day every day.

This has been the worst experience of any mail courier I’ve ever had. 6-8 missing packages all marked delivered to mailbox when they are not there. I am receiving my neighbor’s packages from down the street to my mailbox. Little to zero recourse for those who are out packages this holiday season.Update: After multiple service requests, claims, and touching base with postal inspector, I have received all packages in full delivered directly to my front door 1-2 weeks after they were marked as “delivered to mailbox”.

There is a thief working at this post Office ! We print our labels at home and use the drop boxes at the post office. It’s obvious that someone who works there knows what type of items are in the packages. They steal them before they are scanned so no record of them being mailed only that a label was generated at home. We sell on etsy and rely on USPS. We are loosing on average one package every 5/6 weeks. The bins at the bottom of the mail drops are rarely emptied on time and you can simply reach in and help yourself to whatever you want. Needless to say we dont use them when this happens. Who is the manager of this location? Whoever you are, you need to sort this out and quickly!

Had a large envelope to mail out that absolutely needed to arrive in 5 days. The front employee told me that I could select 2-day priority and the envelope would guarantee to arrive no more than 3 days. 6 days later I do a track on the delivery only to find out that the envelope is still in the process of delivery. I go to the post office to find out why the delivery hasn’t been made, and all they could tell me is that the post office is not responsible. What is the point of priority mail if USPS won’t even acknowledge the service that I paid for? I’ll never go to this place again.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s always someone at the pick up window . The line gets long but it moves fast . There are atleast 4 people at the counter . I wished this remained our assigned post office but we moved and got assigned to the one in Camino el Norte :(I still preferred this post office to drop off my packages.

I had a package shipped out last week supposed to been here two days ago and they said they have not shipped it yet and now saying they don’t know we’re my stuff is USPS is a joke
