I can easily see why they can't even earn 2 stars for service. The guy basically suggested I was an idiot who did not know what my own daughter's address was. He was convinced that the zip code I listed on the package would send it to West Palm Beach, Florida instead of Lubbock, Texas and asked me if I actually knew what city my daughter lived in. So ladies, if you feel the urge to be mansplained, I definitely recommend you head on down. And to make it worse, now I have to put a new address label on it because he scribbled all over the address that he kept telling me was wrong.

There's a reason this USPS has the lowest reviews in all of the Las Vegas metro area. The notorious mailperson (tanned woman with the big hat and light hair who barricades the mail areas) that delivered our mail for years on end is absolutely and shockingly terrible--refused to pick up packages (which is an included service for the postage purchased) because we were on a second floor, would write on mail (even government mail) with a black sharpie, would leave a form indicating we moved if we didn't check the mail as often as she desired, would not drop off packages or even certified mail but would mark that she made an attempt (our camera and windows showed that she never made any attempt), etc. I understand she is a government employee but even government employees can and should be disciplined up to and including termination when policies are not followed and essential functions of the job cannot be performed (such as delivering and picking up mail and packages when one is a mail carrier 🤯).
There is also limited parking at this USPS so people sometimes park illegally and are bitter after circling around. The line is also often to the door or beyond. Good luck if you need the line for picking something up, as this line is usually the slower moving of the two.

Some of the rudest staff I have have had to deal with. All I needed was a qr code scanned but they woman didn't even speak to me until I didn't fill out the survey on the keypad about my service. Why do I need to tell her that her service was awful. She already knew.

I used the drive thru mailbox on numerous occasions and I am aware of 3 times that my mail never arrived to its destination. The mailbox is always full and I believe someone is rigging that box and stealing the mail! It’s NOT a coincidence!

Never had a problem with this location. Every time I do any transaction here whether it’s money orders or shipping a package the staff are helpful. Lines can get long sometimes but expect that after all this is a Government office not a private sector.

I’m always having issues with my mail. Literally misdelivery is beyond crazy. Then the fact that I get other people‘s mail in my mailbox every single day. And if you think you’re gonna be in and out of this post office to think again, you must get up early in the morning in order To avoid the long lines. Not to mention the rudeness, especially from that one Hispanic LOOKING girl you need to pipe it down cause you got too much attitude behind that counter YOU need to come down a notch thank you! IF you don’t like your job perhaps get a new one!

HIRE MORE STAFF! This long line should not be manned by ONE PERSON! Literally had to wait 45 mins for a simple verification for change of address.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service
This has been the worst experience. It’s honestly shocking how little work ethic there seems to be. How hard is it to simply do your job? I paid extra for 2-day shipping, and of course, it was not delivered on time. Total waste of money. On top of that, the supervisor was absolutely no help — completely unbothered and unwilling to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your money.

The most least friendly workers ever; not to mention it's been almost 5 months and they still haven't fixed our mailbox yet. Ridiculous
