We upgraded 2 phones on our account while my family was out visiting from PA. Allan & Greg were fantastic in handling our upgrades, getting everything set up & answering ALL of our questions. They were both so friendly and have great customer service skills. We need more folks like these 2.

10/10 recommend. I’ve never looked forward going to a Verizon store or a phone store in general. However, Ryan made the experience a breeze. Incredibly helpful, knew his stuff, and not overly pushy. Thank you for making a chore a pleasant experience!!
