Tim was absolutely the best he helped us set up out new phones after they arrived in the mail he was super nice super polite and was extremely knowledgeable on how to do everything with a smart phone I Recommend technician Tim for any of your verizon wireless needs 10 /10 service I will definitely be coming back this is the best Verizon in town

Long story short, the gal who wears the Hawaiin flower in her hair is rude and not knowledgeable. Just to let everyone know, if somehow your protection plan doesn't get added to your phone, contrary to what the flower girl says, you can sign up during open enrollment to get the protection plan added. She will tell you like she did is, rudely, the only time you can get it is when you purchase the phone. Not true. Maybe smile and be kind to your customers. Or don't fake us out with a pretty flower but a bad attitude.

Was not properly put in waitlist had several people go ahead of us when we were already here. We only needed to know what the number for our Apple Watch was which was easy for the associate but the manager couldn’t get it for us for some reason??

Once they find out you left their service for another, they are terribly unable to help you! I went in to get the last bill to pay them. I was told it'd take 45 minutes. I went to another Verizon store, and I just said I needed my last bill. Had it in 3 minutes.

Went the store to pay my internet bill. The fat Grey haired guy tried to blackmail my husband and I on trying to get phone service thru Verizon. We already have cell phone service with another carrier.

Chris was awesome and helped me find my father a great phone for a great price. He was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the phones and helped us find a good one to suit our needs. The rest of the staff were also very nice and helpful in assisting us with some internet issues. These places can seem overwhelming, especially to older folks who don’t necessarily keep up with technology. But the staff here does a great job at closing that gap and helping their customers understand and in fulfilling their needs. Thank you, Chris! Definitely the spot to go to.

Just wasn't a great experience. Trying to upgrade a pho e became a chore nonetheless.
