“I was sold an expired batch of lean body shakes. They came out in chunks. The expiration date was in two weeks. I came back to the store with all remaining 10 shakes that all came out in chunks. Christian, the manager allowed me to upgrade to the same product, but with an expiration date of June 2027, he didn’t have to do that and I’m very pleased that he did outstanding Customer Service”

“I been pullin’ up to LVAC Central - Maryland and Sahara for YEARS no cap, and I always gotta slide through the Nutrition Supplement Shop ‘cause they stay droppin’ absolutely cooked deals. This time they had C4 Ultimate for TEN BUCKS?? Bro that’s actually criminal 😭💀. Farith was the one helpin’ me out again, and bro is straight different. Mans actually knows how to vibe with every single member that walks in instead of givin’ NPC energy. He even helped me before when I was tryna figure out which BCAAs were the move, and every recommendation was lowkey a W. After I copped my stuff I still had the rest of my workout to finish, so I asked if I could leave my supplements there and grab ‘em on the way out. Plot twist… my goldfish memory kicked in and I completely forgot 💀. I didn’t even come back until the NEXT DAY. This absolute legend wrote a note for the staff to make sure my stuff was waiting for me. Nahhh… that’s GOAT behavior. Bro’s customer service is actually S-tier. If you hit up the Nutrition Shop, ask for Farith. Homie’s the definition of taking care of people. Massive W. 🐐🔥”

“I found The Vapery + CBD on Google while searching for THC alternatives and decided to stop by, I’m really glad I did. Yuliana was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining everything and made me feel comfortable asking questions, which I really appreciated. It was my first time trying a mushroom chocolate bar, and she walked me through exactly how it works and how to take it, which made the whole experience feel a lot less intimidating. Yuliana is such a kind soul, and you can tell she really cares about helping people find what works for them. The store itself has a little bit of everything, from CBD products to mushroom chocolate bars, plus a really cool selection of bongs and accessories. You can tell they put thought into what they carry. Overall, great customer service and a solid variety of products. I’ll definitely be stopping by again soon to try more things.”

““I recently stopped by Discount Nutrition in Las Vegas thinking I had a decent amount of knowledge about supplements and protein powders, but wow — BJ completely changed my perspective. With how much the supplement world has evolved over the years, I had quite a few questions and was unsure about what products would actually fit my goals. BJ took the time to break everything down in a way that was easy to understand and made the entire process feel effortless. His knowledge is on another level and you can tell immediately that he genuinely knows and loves what he does. He wasn’t just trying to sell products — he took the time to educate me and help me make the right decisions for my needs. Customer service like this is rare these days. BJ is extremely professional, bright, welcoming, and absolutely outstanding at his job. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows supplements and wants to help rather than just make a sale, ask for BJ. He made what I thought would be a confusing shopping experience into one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back!””

“Pharmaxtracts is truly something special. Their CBD products are incredible, but what really sets them apart is the people behind the business. They genuinely care about what they do and about the people they serve. To me, Pharmaxtracts is more than just a CBD company. They understand what the hemp industry should be about: passion, kindness, community, and helping people. You feel that every time you interact with them. They are knowledgeable, welcoming, generous with their time, and clearly believe in the products and the community they’ve built around them. It’s rare to find a business that feels this genuine. Pharmaxtracts has earned my loyalty completely. I won’t buy my CBD products anywhere else, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the service at Green Cannabis Co. Every time I come in, the experience is phenomenal. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they also know how to connect with you in a way that feels genuine and personal rather than transactional. Dezi especially has been amazing. The level of product knowledge, attention to the small details, and ability to really listen to what I’m looking for makes such a difference. I’ve learned that I can come in, explain what I want or what kind of experience I’m looking for, and trust that I’m going to leave with something I’m happy with. At this point, I genuinely choose to come here because of the service. Product availability or finding the absolute lowest price somewhere else really doesn’t matter to me when I know I’m going to be taken care of by people who actually understand the products they’re recommending. It’s rare to find a place where the education, professionalism, and customer connection are all this consistent. That’s what keeps me coming back every time.”

“This is by far the best CBD ointment I have used to date. I have tried several different types of CBD ointments, some with THC, some with arnica and quite honestly even the most expensive ones "did not" work. I am very very very happy to report that I have been using the roll on one that CBD fit recovery sells for over a month, and it actually works. This is a win win for me the customer service is the best in the business. They were super helpful and very knowledgeable not to mention my product was shipped to me super fast. The owners of this company are amazing people, I feel blessed to have the opportunity to interact with such kind people. Thank you, and I HIGHLY recommend these products.”

“I’ve checked out a few places around here, but this shop is easily the best of the bunch. The staff is chill, and they always keep the shelves stocked with quality stuff. I keep coming back cause their prices are comparatively cheaper than others in the area. They don't try to overcharge you like other spots; the prices are genuine and probably the most fair.”

“I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and Solé( I probably butchered that). To say they are helpful would be an understatement. I came in to get some CBD for my mom. They listened to my story about what my mom had been going through. After the first bottle I purchased, we realized she needed something stronger. I drove 25 mins across town to go back to this specific location. I couldn't believe that my second experience was better than the first. Their knowledge and ability to explain how to use the products was thorough enough that even someone who knew nothing about CBD would feel confident walking out. They remind me of what customer service once used to be. They don't push products on you either, which made me feel so comfortable. I will be a forever customer thanks to these ladies. I hope whoever owns this store knows what gems they have!”

“Awesome Supplements! I would give a 4 star rating but i called there customer service line and they were cool. I first saw the brand on social media (Facebook and IG) so i googled them and noticed they were a las vegas based sports nutrition company. So i said cool ill go checkout there store. The location on google maps was there office/warehouse and wasn't a store. That sucked. BOO. But after expressing my anger to the guy on the phone he said that there products are carried at numerous locations around the valley including all vegas discount nutrition and i remembered having one close my home. Before getting off the phone with customer service they directed me to there site and offered a coupon code for 30% as an apology for wasting my gas. Cool thing is they HOOKED me up withe extra samples and a few shirts for the gym. There pre workout villain is awesome. I got the pineapple strawberry flavor which is pretty different but juicy and delicious. Thanks for the extras!”

“This store is a gem. The costumer service is very kind, you feel like you have a personal shopper. You can tell they really enjoy their work and really care about which products they carry. I was unsure about CBD products working for me, since I haven't had luck in the past. The CBD ROLLER I now swear by. I am athletic and this roller has helped my aches and inflammation greatly. I bought some caramel popcorn as gifts to my colleagues and had to make a reorder. I now have them ship their products to me.”
