“I had an amazing experience with Chris (one of the managers) at this Sprouts location. I came in to exchange some vitamins and he was willing and eager to help me out. I had experienced a negative interaction the day before and he honestly turned things around for me. I left the store happy. It just took this one incredible act of kindness and showing respect for the customer to turn the experience into a positive one for everyone.
Chris is a wonderful example of excellent customer service. I left with a smile on my face and a happy customer who will be returning. He made sure my transaction was successfully completed and he took care of my return with no issues.
Damon (Vitamin salesperson) was also so courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me decide on the best multivitamin and iron supplement. He showed me an app called Yuka that describes ingredients in each product and rates the product. Super helpful. This helped me decide which moisturizer to buy.

“I went to SPROUTS, on Lake Mead Trent, my customer service representative and cashier helped me with my groceries that I had to take back because my refrigerator had broken. He was very helpful, very friendly and quick.They were very understanding very kind. I love coming to this SPROUTS. Everybody is amazing especially Jeremy the manager, Ty cashier, Montego meat dept., girls in the deli work hard and Amanda in the vitamins department if you need any kind of assistance with vitamins and the products they carry she’s your girl. When you need to pick someone’s brain about health products she’s definitely somebody you would want to talk to, she’s very friendly extremely knowledgeable and kind. She’s one of the reasons why I come here. FYI I used to not enjoy shopping here but new staff is on point and friendly highly recommend ♥”

Whole Foods Market has plain yogurt selections and fresh fruits like berries, stone fruits, and grapes that comprise my main diet. Oh and I pick up some half and half for a guilty pleasure - additive for my in-room coffee. Without Whole Foods Market I could not maintain my heathful diet while on the road. Thank you Whole Foods Market!”
“I went to this location to see if they had the Naked Juice brand, green machine juice. But they don't carry any naked juice brand that I could find. I've shopped at Sprouts b4 and they usually have most items I'm looking for. I get all my Cindy's kitchen salad dressings here, since they're not carried at the regular grocery stores. Parking on a weekend is tight at this location, but can find a spot with patience.”

I walked in at open which we all know in retail we don’t want that first customer lol but she was so kind to guide me to what I needed and really helped in explaining everything. Farith was the one helpin’ me out again, and bro is straight different. Mans actually knows how to vibe with every single member that walks in instead of givin’ NPC energy. He even helped me before when I was tryna figure out which BCAAs were the move, and every recommendation was lowkey a W.
After I copped my stuff I still had the rest of my workout to finish, so I asked if I could leave my supplements there and grab ‘em on the way out. Plot twist… my goldfish memory kicked in and I completely forgot 💀. I didn’t even come back until the NEXT DAY. This absolute legend wrote a note for the staff to make sure my stuff was waiting for me.
