“I would like to say that salynn is absolutely amazing and gave us phenomenal customer service, my best friend and I went to go buy turkey and she is Muslim, and salynn was so understanding and went out of her way to clean the cutting machine to reduce any possible cross contamination with pork, she made us feel like it wasn’t an inconvenience at all, and she was more than happy to clean the cutting machine for us, She was beyond kind and friendly, and she definitely deserves a huge bonus. Going to Sprouts is always fun, but she made going to sprouts memorable. You’re the best Salynn thank you !!!”
“I had an amazing experience with Chris (one of the managers) at this Sprouts location. I came in to exchange some vitamins and he was willing and eager to help me out. I had experienced a negative interaction the day before and he honestly turned things around for me. I left the store happy. It just took this one incredible act of kindness and showing respect for the customer to turn the experience into a positive one for everyone.
Chris is a wonderful example of excellent customer service. I left with a smile on my face and a happy customer who will be returning. He made sure my transaction was successfully completed and he took care of my return with no issues.
Damon (Vitamin salesperson) was also so courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me decide on the best multivitamin and iron supplement. He showed me an app called Yuka that describes ingredients in each product and rates the product. Super helpful. This helped me decide which moisturizer to buy.
Thank you gentlemen for a truly wonderful customer experience at Sprouts. I will be back again.”

Just going to keep updating my post. I’m leaving the one star because I’ve had too many bad experiences but when I went to get my correct order, I had a friendly interaction with an employee who was clearly trying to make me want to shop there and it was appreciated greatly since I shop here so frequently and have only ever experienced the opposite.
Literally never been given the wrong pickup order in the 5 years I’ve been shopping at Whole Foods until today. This location is THAAA WOOORRRSSSTTTT
Sooooooooo many frustrating experiences here!!!!! Just every single time. We’re going to start shopping elsewhere for a while. Need a break from the laziness of this staff.
Literally the dumbest people work at customer service. What the heck? If someone comes up to customer service and looks at you and you work at Whole Foods, maybe say something to them instead of staring at your computer. Gahhhhh
Also this location is frequently out of basic items like bread and eggs. Frustrating.
Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store and I’ve never been to one where I felt like employees were rude until this one. Glad I don’t live in this area. The layout is also very different than any other Whole Foods I’ve ever been to.”

“I love this place. Aurora has helped me the past two times I've been there and has been so helpful. She made finding what I need to help with energy and sleep simple because she was very knowledgeable on the inventory. I'm always in and out and satisfied with my purchases. “My experience here has been good only because a very nice lady by the name of Amanda and a very nice young man by the name of Josh always took the time to help me find something or check and see if they have it in the back even if they are tasking they stop and help me out and I appreciate them for that. I am an instacart shopper so I’m in the store a lot I want to give extra thanks to Amanda because every time I come to her section she always ask if I need help before hand. Now the only thing I have a complaint about is one day I was looking for a product which normally would be over where the bread section is it was a worker wearing blue scanning product. Not sure if it was a manager or not ask her if she can help me with the product because I didn’t see it on the shelf She pointed to the other side of the store telling me I can go ask one of the workers over there because they normally stock the shelves. I found that very rude because at the end of the day, she could’ve just stopped what she was doing or scanning product even typed it into her handheld device just to let me know if they carried it or not and not point across the store telling me I can walk over back to the other side of the store, that was very rude but again didn’t catch her name. I just know she was wearing blue attire and a mask on her face and scanning product.”

“Amazon Return, turns into a shopping excursion. Produce is always my favorite area. Purchased lots of yummy fruits and veggies. Also, I only eat seafood, so bought some cooked Prawns! And of course a nice bottle of wine. Oh and trail mix, cashews and fresh salsa. I put salsa on pretty much everything except cereal lol. Town Square location on the South Las Vegas Blvd and Sunset. Parking is tricky! It's always a full lot. I park in the back.”

“I stopped into Sprouts the other day looking for London broil, which isn’t always easy to find, and Tiffany went out of her way to help me track it down. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers.
She also suggested I try the new chocolate chunk cookie and she was right. It was delicious.
Tiffany really made the whole shopping experience better. As I was checking out, someone mentioned that she actually oversees the district and isn’t even the store manager. That made the interaction even more impressive. It says a lot about a company when someone at that level takes the time to help customers like that. Kudos to Tiffany and her team for creating such a welcoming store.”

Farith was the one helpin’ me out again, and bro is straight different. Mans actually knows how to vibe with every single member that walks in instead of givin’ NPC energy. He even helped me before when I was tryna figure out which BCAAs were the move, and every recommendation was lowkey a W.
After I copped my stuff I still had the rest of my workout to finish, so I asked if I could leave my supplements there and grab ‘em on the way out. Plot twist… my goldfish memory kicked in and I completely forgot 💀. I didn’t even come back until the NEXT DAY. This absolute legend wrote a note for the staff to make sure my stuff was waiting for me.
