“I was sold an expired batch of lean body shakes. They came out in chunks. The expiration date was in two weeks. I came back to the store with all remaining 10 shakes that all came out in chunks. Christian, the manager allowed me to upgrade to the same product, but with an expiration date of June 2027, he didn’t have to do that and I’m very pleased that he did outstanding Customer Service”

Farith was the one helpin’ me out again, and bro is straight different. Mans actually knows how to vibe with every single member that walks in instead of givin’ NPC energy. He even helped me before when I was tryna figure out which BCAAs were the move, and every recommendation was lowkey a W.
After I copped my stuff I still had the rest of my workout to finish, so I asked if I could leave my supplements there and grab ‘em on the way out. Plot twist… my goldfish memory kicked in and I completely forgot 💀. I didn’t even come back until the NEXT DAY. This absolute legend wrote a note for the staff to make sure my stuff was waiting for me.

“I have been to quite a few Sprouts locations around Las Vegas, and I can honestly say that Miss Stacy made me the BEST sandwich I have ever gotten from a Sprouts deli! 🥪❤
I actually told her that I’ve been trying to find the Sprouts location with the best sandwich maker because, at other locations, they’ll put the mustard and mayo on the sandwich but won’t spread it out. Then every time you take a bite, all the condiments come spilling out, and it drives me crazy 😂. I explained this to Stacy, and she immediately understood exactly what I meant. She took her time, made sure everything was spread properly, and put so much care into making my sandwich. I was watching her make it and could already tell it was going to be good — and it absolutely was!
But honestly, what stood out even more than the sandwich was Stacy herself. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She was so kind and comforting during our interaction, and she even wished me well before I left. It was such a small interaction, but she made my entire experience so much better.
Stacy deserves recognition for the way she treats customers and the pride she clearly takes in her work. I will absolutely be coming back to this Sprouts specifically because of her. If management sees this, please know that you have an amazing employee in Miss Stacy! She deserves all the recognition. ❤🥪”

“I Always stop at this location for the Deli sandwiches they make Fresh. Im a sucker for the #7. They are fast friendly and will make your sandwiches just how you like them if you got any requests. The store is also very nice and clean. It is huge inside with everything you expect in a Sprouts With A Warm Friendly staff”

“I went to SPROUTS, on Lake Mead Trent, my customer service representative and cashier helped me with my groceries that I had to take back because my refrigerator had broken. He was very helpful, very friendly and quick.They were very understanding very kind. I love coming to this SPROUTS. Everybody is amazing especially Jeremy the manager, Ty cashier, Montego meat dept., girls in the deli work hard and Amanda in the vitamins department if you need any kind of assistance with vitamins and the products they carry she’s your girl. When you need to pick someone’s brain about health products she’s definitely somebody you would want to talk to, she’s very friendly extremely knowledgeable and kind. She’s one of the reasons why I come here. FYI I used to not enjoy shopping here but new staff is on point and friendly highly recommend ♥”

“I’ve been shopping at this chain for years and always enjoy visiting whenever I get the chance. When I lived in Vegas, having a location so conveniently close to the airport was a huge plus. There’s a great variety of products, from kombucha and organic produce to hot meals and ready-to-eat cold foods. It really has a little bit of everything and is always worth a visit. I’d love to see more locations opening across the Midwest!”
“I went to this location to see if they had the Naked Juice brand, green machine juice. But they don't carry any naked juice brand that I could find. I've shopped at Sprouts b4 and they usually have most items I'm looking for. I get all my Cindy's kitchen salad dressings here, since they're not carried at the regular grocery stores. Parking on a weekend is tight at this location, but can find a spot with patience.”
“When I travel to Las Vegas on business, I prepare my breakfast in my room. Folding teapot allows for oatmeal and coffee. Whole Foods Market has plain yogurt selections and fresh fruits like berries, stone fruits, and grapes that comprise my main diet. Oh and I pick up some half and half for a guilty pleasure - additive for my in-room coffee. Without Whole Foods Market I could not maintain my heathful diet while on the road. I walked in at open which we all know in retail we don’t want that first customer lol but she was so kind to guide me to what I needed and really helped in explaining everything. Now what I was more impressed about is how she explained about the pro membership without even trying. She was respectful and kind about detailing the main benefits. I’m a sales director for a large company and I travel throughout the country. What Savannah did was a true sales rep and customer service all in one.
