Do not trust this location with your Scheduled meds, take those prescriptions elsewhere. Do not trust the app's prescription refill status either. This specific location cannot and will not give you an accurate timeline. And they will not tell you when there is an issue with your prescription, you are on your own to figure that out. Inability to give me an actual timeline is directly screwing with my life. I don't want to say they are blatantly lying, but it feels like they are. I need an accurate timeline in order to find a way to cope without my medication. This location is constantly dishonest. At least the other location I used to use would call me, and they always got my medication filled within a couple of days. I'll be driving across town from here on out.

When ever I call I’m on hold for an hour and I have to call everytime my prescription needs to be filled because they usually always tell me they need something from the doctor. I end up having to drive up there just to get an update or see if there is anything they need. They pick up the phone and put me on hold with out even asking what I need, I don’t get a chance to speak. No way the don’t have 30 seconds to spare on a call within a hour

This is the worst pharmacy with the worst people working here. All lazy. They lie and say my doctor hasn’t approved a medication, but my doctors screen shot them approving it from the computer and lets me sit in on the call with them receiving it and confirming they received it. 3 days have gone by and they haven’t filled it because no one has counted the pills to give out to me. This place is a joke and you should stay away. I can’t afford to go back to an er just to get medication. This is just crazy.

This place has a management problem the pharmacy is constantly backed up it’s like they are making the medication right there at the pharmacy poor customer satisfaction poor performance
There has never been a time where the pharmacy looks like it’s moving efficiently there’s a huge problem here.

Someone from the pharmacy told me they couldn't get a hold of my insurance and I had to pay for my prescription out of pocket which I did. I called my insurance shortly after. My insurance tried calling the pharmacy to get me reimbursed but they hung up on my insurance 3 separate times. They also told me another time that my prescription is out of stock and to give them 1 week. The pharmacy said they will notify me. 1.5 week past and I recieve zero notification. When I finally called them up. I was told that they havent got my prescription from my doctor.

Slow. Meds are never ready even after you’re notified that it is. Line inside is just as long as the lines outside. & Sometimes they don’t come to the windows for the drive-thru so you wait for a long time just to drive away.
Customer service is always subpar. Overwhelmed and overworked = big attitude / little patience with customers.

This place is a joke. It takes a day or 2 to get medication. I can get an update saying my medication os ready, go down there and to my surprise ITS NEVER READY!!! How about getting people who care over there or just people who arnt Incompetent!!!!

This is really a zero I went and they denied one of prescription I tried explain to then aenta insurance was not my primarie instance they where giving all sort of bs. So today I talk to some else the lady tech figure it all.
