Pharmacy DOES NOT answer the phone. I waited though 5 hold cycles. I call, it rings, get put on hold, until the phone automatically starts ringing again after 5 mins of hold, then I hear the phone pick up then put back on hold. Mind you this was about 10pm during slow hours.

Pharmacy staff sucks! They always seem to have an attitude when talking to the patients. They should really improve that. A few times they have raised their voices towards the patient even though they are just patiently asking about status abd trying to find out more information.

Staff your pharmacy!! I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ mins in line to pick up a prescription
