“Gus, the manager was amazing ! He really put in the work ( submitting pictures and videos)to get my car warranty claim approved. It took 5 hours and I had to buy my own lunch ? but, not having to fork over $2,500 for car repairs during the holidays is well worth it ! The 6'7 receptionist dude needs to work on his customer service skill , but other than that I'll definitely give this location my hard earned money and recommending TIRES WORKS to my family and friends because of Gus ! They have their little routine they go through when you first get there, they want to look at your tires and lug nuts and then go through the little chart in their showroom. That's a little irritating unless you need it. But after they get past that it's usually as quick as they can and a good job. Would recommend.”

Every Employee was friendly & professional! Tommy S, my advisor, was exceptional. Not only was Tommy incredibly personable and patient, but he was also so informative and straight forward. He answered all my many questions and walked through what my vehicle needed without trying to upsell any extra BS.
After my repairs began, my Mechanic, Nelson found that one of my Rotars was cracked and needed to be replaced, obviously a real safety issue. Nelson actually brought the Rotar in to show me! I was very concerned about what the cost would be to get my vehicle sorted.
I was simply ecstatic with the estimated cost! All the repairs were done in a timely manner, and the cost was completely within my budget!

“Went here a few weeks ago because I had a screw in my tire and the dealership said it was “too close” to the side wall to pull out. Tyler was very helpful on the phone with my wife and Riley was great when I took our SUV in that same day. He checked for leaks and when no air was noticeable, he pulled he screw out with no issues. My tires still have a few miles left on them but we’ll definitely be coming back here for a new set when it’s time because of how helpful Tyler and Riley were.”
