“Gus, the manager was amazing ! He really put in the work ( submitting pictures and videos)to get my car warranty claim approved. It took 5 hours and I had to buy my own lunch ? but, not having to fork over $2,500 for car repairs during the holidays is well worth it ! The 6'7 receptionist dude needs to work on his customer service skill , but other than that I'll definitely give this location my hard earned money and recommending TIRES WORKS to my family and friends because of Gus ! “I rented a car for a long road trip with myself and 3 daughters. I was in the middle of my trip 1200 miles from home when I got low tire pressure warnings. After a hour of being on the phone and many fail attempts to reach a human at the rental company I decided to try discount tire. I arrived 15 minutes before opening and waited in the parking lot. At 5 minutes before opening the manager Zack and a few others came to the cars waiting in the parking lot. Before I even left the car he was able to diagnose the problem and immediately took action. He looked up the rental agreement policy and put in a request to replace the needed tires. Within minutes, he had the rental car company approval and my car was being serviced. In 45 minutes I was on my way and feeling confident to continue the rest of my journey. Thank you!!!!”

After a frustrating experience at JR Tire Shop, where the location was hard to find, there was no parking, and customer service was downright rude, I was relieved to find Llantera Tire Express just down the street. “On 1/9/26 I found a nail in my left front tire, because of the location I knew the tire would need replacing. Looked up the tire on discount tire website, it said delivery on Sat the 10th, today. I took my car to the W Lake mead location yesterday and the sales rep recommended I replace both front tires. He said they would have them there that day, the 9th, and get them installed, NO phone call. I called this morning, the 10th, at about 10:00. The sales rep I spoke with said the tires wouldn’t be in until Monday the 12th, due to route truck delay. If I hadn’t called I would not have known about the delay. I explained everything I wrote in the previous time line. He said they would have someone pick the tires up today and get them installed. He would call when the tires arrive in a couple hours. They called at 11:15 to let me know the tires arrived. I went and had the tires replaced. Quick service after I arrived. Better communication when something is delayed should be better. I updated my review from one star to four stars. Communication is a must!”

Every Employee was friendly & professional! Tommy S, my advisor, was exceptional. Not only was Tommy incredibly personable and patient, but he was also so informative and straight forward. He answered all my many questions and walked through what my vehicle needed without trying to upsell any extra BS.
After my repairs began, my Mechanic, Nelson found that one of my Rotars was cracked and needed to be replaced, obviously a real safety issue. Nelson actually brought the Rotar in to show me! I was very concerned about what the cost would be to get my vehicle sorted.
I was simply ecstatic with the estimated cost! All the repairs were done in a timely manner, and the cost was completely within my budget!
