“Update: Arghhh! I curbed a wheel taking it through an auto wash today, but they were able to schedule me in for an appointment the same day and got my vehicle back to better than pre-accident condition. What great luck and excellent customer service again. That consistency is obviously why they do such a good business. The staff there are beyond helpful and friendly; a winning combination. They went above and beyond again to ensure my satisfaction and again I was vehemently impressed. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys! *Note: I live 35-45 minutes from their location and have a similar service down the road that does it for $50 less and I still go here. There's a reason for that; don't risk your wheels to amateurs or fly-by-night shops!”

“Service requested: Had a flat tire but also needed new tires.Specifically went to this shop because they had a higher star rating than the one I've gone to a couple years ago. I'm happy that I did. Every person I encountered was kind and helpful. The main guy who assisted me gave me useful information to make a well-informed decision. I liked that I didn't feel like he was trying to get me to purchase the most expensive tires but instead, the tires that truly fit my driving needs. It was nice too that the wait was not long - pretty much done in an hour or so which was a lot sooner than the estimated time. I definitely will be coming back for all my tire needs!”

“I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, I am sooo appreciative that discount tire repairs flat tires free of charge. I had gotten a nail in my tire and had to get my car towed in. The sales rep scanned my tires and for some reason the tread showed as 4. I had just gotten my multi point inspection done at my dealership half a year ago and my tires were 6-7. I wfh and hardly drive my car so this was so odd to me! Anyways, the scare that I got when the rep told me I would need to buy 4 new tires quoting me $430+. Of course I do understand the reasoning and safety precautions behind their recommendation but I told him I was not prepared to purchase 4 new tires. I had been reassured by multiple people my tire was definitely repairable. At that point he agreed to have the tech look at it. Turns out it was a small nail so they patched it for free. I was so relieved but they did end up scratching my rim pretty badly ): I wanted to come back to purchase new tires but now I'm hesitant to have my car serviced here again.”

“Awesome place to get your tire patched! Came in with a near flat tire and the store manager Charles was able to assist and take our car back to get checked super quick. Found out there were 2 nails in the said tire. They were able to patch it up and get us back on the road. Super friendly staff and management. Will be back again! Thanks guys! Highly recommend”

“Tire pressure low. This last guy was the best. Usually they just ignore me when I want to know which tire was lower so I can monitor for a slow leak. They just say you are all set and want me to leave, but this guy told me which one was lowest and I really appreciated it ?”

“I called brake masters on marks st an hour before they closed needed my break pads changed badly! Jose Carrillo was very helpful and assured me that they could get me taken care of. The technician Emilio Mendoza handled my BMW with care and they both were very knowledgeable and definitely saved me a lot of money! I’ll be going back here for all my brake replacements!”

“The tires on my truck were 5 years old so I decided to stop at Discount. Teddy came out and met us in the parking lot we went inside and determined what tires would be best suited for my Truck. I asked if I needed an appointment and was informed "We can get you in and out within 45 minutes. Teddy went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue I had with the install. I'm not sure why I'm seeing lower reviews but I've never had an issue with Discount.”

“This place is amazing! I came here for the first time ever! I usually have a place I go too but weren't able to take me last minute until 4 days later!! I called purrfect auto and they said bring it in! And I did and they took care of me from the moment that I pulled up. The lady in the front office her name is Susie! She was so much very helpful! I'm thankful I was directed here because man I couldn't afford to wait any longer! They were quick fast efficient with their work! Don't hesitate to come here and get your work done on your vehicle! This place also threw me a fresh oil change! I will always come back here! That's for certain!”
