And by helping me, I mean I called ahead to say on the way (they were close to closing), he was energetic and helped me look for the part. The store didn’t have my specific piece, but Jeremy still helped instruct me on how to fix the issue, and find out where the part could be found. He was absolutely excellent.”
“Sam's Club Pharmacy, their pharmacists and the staff are amazing! They all go above and beyond! If they don't have a medication in stock, they have never hesitated to help me find a pharmacy who does. I can rely on them for all my pharmaceutical needs. The staff are also very welcoming and personable. They remember us whenever we come to pick up our medications, and that makes us feel comfortable. We even get most of our vaccine needs here too. Love it here!”

“Sunday is a really busy day at Costco. Unfortunately, there are people who think that are the only ones that matter, but that's everywhere. The lines were really long, but thankfully, they have associates helping out in the self-check lane, so it went by pretty quickly.
It was a good experience altogether.”
“We had a very positive experience in your naan grocery store. Yes if you can believe it we came to the entrance of your store after the shopping carts were Edward promptly told "we are not a grocery store, the carts are outside". Somebody was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on anybody to talk to him, all he had to do who missed scanning their membership cards. VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY. There must be other jobs in Las Vegas to which this individual could submit his application.
We had a great visit lots of selection and lots of large lots.”

However, a few things should be addressed to receive 5 Stars.-Rotisserie Chicken (not enough cooked 4 demand; they stop cooking them too early in the day for those shopping after 3 pm)-no separate line for those of us using scan & go option to leave quickly-cafe closes hours before store”
“I just wanted to give a shout out to Paul the gas station attendant today 6/16 at 12:03 pump 10. I was frantic because the pump stopped at 8 gallons but my RAV4 was on empty. I didn’t want to cause too much of a fuss but I had already waited in line once, I was not about to come back in another week.
He mentioned with the heat the gas seals might not be getting the same grip to get an accurate sensor. I’m no gas pump expert so I’m not sure if that’s accurate, but Paul was present and jumped in to pump.
Thank you for providing some insight instead of a snarky attitude for an issue, which I’m sure you’re hearing frequently with these hot summer days.

“I think we should all remember what a great deal you can get at the Sam's Club food court. Two quarter pound hotdogs and a slice of pizza AND a large drink cup, for only $5.38? That's a deal that you just can't beat. You don't have to be a member. Just walk in. No one is going to tackle you to the ground.”

“If you can afford a membership, it's a great place to shop. For today's shopping trip, Sam's club is actually cheaper for some items my family likes. The Dino nuggets here are $14.69, Sam's carries the same item for $11.48 Nutella is $13.99 here, Sam's has it for $11.48. But what I love is that Costco in my opinion has a bigger selection of items. They have more types of chips and different bakery items. They also have seasonal stuff that goes out quick. I got white rabbit and an instant boba kit today which I'm pretty happy about. Another amazing thing is that their food court is still very reasonably priced. I really love their chicken bake. The price has remained about the same. The last time I bought it, it was $3.49. Today it's $3.99. And the size has significantly decreased, but the flavor is the same so I like that at least there's consistency.”

“Easy time to tidy up your car and catch up on emails. You know it's a 'long lines' no one forces you to wait, you just want to wait and then complain. How are you gonna give a gas pump a bad rating when you mostly do gas pumps on your own. User error? Personal frustrations? Honk at an attendant expecting a beckoning response like they are a personal servant.....I guess some of these complaints are just hilarious reads.”

“Over all i like this branch. The girl works at customer service is very friendly and there is a young gentleman as friendly as well.
Today, I just bought soda. Only soda from the food service. The line was long and girl who sold it me must forgot to say there is no lid for soda or if she did i didn't hear and just walked way. However, I couldn't find a lid. Come back to the food service area and asked about it. Lady named Mari said, there is no lid and they are letting everybody know about it, with firm voice. I still trying to figure it out how can I drink my soda without accidently spell it. So I asked her, at least do you have any plastic that I can cover it. She showed me plastic bag not going to get approved to use it for directly drink out of it. It was a napkin wrap. And she repeated her self again about no lid. I know my experience once I spelled whole soda on the Sam's club floor once and got embarrassed he'll out of me at same branch. I didn't want to repeat it again. So I asked a food scotch that can stick and I can poke hole in the middle, she said they don't have that. I said there should be some kind of solution. Do you have any carton box i might can cover it. She point at door area. I felt disrespect it. Me and my toddler very hard trying to have the soda and searching for solution that we don't spell and safe hazard for others. So I looked at her and asked are you sure? She gave me one cup for water. I tried to put it on the top of the soda, it is too small. I asked scissors, then I said Seems like you are just being a lazy to help me. She turn round brought cup that is for frozen treats and told me don't call her Lazy. I said problem solved because of the cup and I told her I said seems like you are being lazy to help, didn't call you a Lazy. She said same thing. Anyway, I got my drink and consuming it in my body. Mari is the lady was happy to provide me with her name after I asked. Kind of awkward feelings.”
“I came to Sam's club the day before Christmas Eve which is also a Saturday however early morning (9-10am) it was super busy but not too crazy yet. The self check out was fastest. The food area wasn't open until 10am so I sadly didn't get a hot dog even I love them here! Then went in line for gas and normally I use the app however it didn't seem to want to connect this time so had to do it manually. Got our usual fresh orange juice, rotisserie chicken and some other items.”
“We had a flat tire and AAA couldn't get the tire off to put the spare on. After getting it towed to Sam's Club, Chris took the time to listen to us and found a way to get our tire repaired the same day even though they were super busy. His customer service skills are the best I've ever experienced at an auto shop. I felt listed to and respected as a female, which I haven't felt in many auto shops in Vegas. My husband was even there, but because I started discussing it with him first, he talked directly with me. We will be buying our next set of tires for our truck there soon. Chris is definitely an asset to Sam's Club. Thank you!”
“Two things that set this place above all others for me:
1. Customer service (I rarely have issues with my purchases here, but when I do, guys handle it as champions! On my last visit Ryan and Alex have done everything they could to resolve my car tire situation.) Thank you guys.
2. People who shops here are cool and relaxed. There are no craziness and rush in shopping here at the club. And I've been to other places like some other brand of clubs in Summerlin, I have something to compare it with.
P.S. If they would have some beer kept in the fridge, this place would be Perfect!!!
