“We had such a great experience! They let us rent an SUV without a credit card. We were just able to use our debit card. It was great so quick and easy. The staff were awesome. We were in and out in eight minutes. We were even able to change our reservation for one more day it was just awesome. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and I will be coming back for sure.”

I was honestly amazed at how smooth the process was. Rental car counters can sometimes take forever, especially after traveling, so it was really nice to arrive and get straight into the car. “Huge thanks to the gals working at the Bullhead City Airport location the morning of Jan 4 2025! We we unable to get our car unlocked on return day and the 800 telephone support was no help either so we ended up leaving the car in our hotel parking lot and made our way to the airport so we didn’t miss our flight. One of the employees wasn’t even working that day but offered to take another employee and go pick up the car on our behalf. By the time we landed at our home airport, we had confirmation that the car had been successfully returned and the charges were exactly as expected. This was 10/10 customer service and we will most definitely be using them again in the future.”
