“We were in Dollar General today. Thursday Feb.8th. We self scanned our products. The woman in charge was fixing one of the self scanning machines. We came home to realize we forgot a bag. We went back and not only did she have our package saved for us, she placed the cold products in the cooler not to go bad. That was far and beyond the call of her duty. Thank you very much for hiring such a great individual. We will be going back because of her service. You don't find empolees like her anymore.”

“I recently spent a week in Laughlin, during which I explored several casinos, restaurants, and local stores, including Family Dollar.
Although I did not catch the names of the associate or manager on duty, their warm greetings and attentiveness made a lasting impression.
They were exceptionally helpful and readily assisted with any questions I had throughout my shopping experience. Both women ensured that I had everything I needed.
Based on the outstanding customer service I received, I will certainly return to this convenient store on my next visit.
