“A month or so I was visiting family in Laughlin, I stopped at the Famous Footwear inside. It was a very pleasant visit, Trish was very resourceful and polite. As I was inquiring and looking for my shoes her and I were talking the whole time , I felt as if I've known her my whole life. I literally had just lost a family member so my spirits were not the greatest but little did Trish realize she made my day better. I was smiling as I left there. I live in California so I haven't seen Trish again till today. Thank You Trish. You definitely make the world a better place!!”

“Great place to find some shoes, I found two pairs but only bought one because I didn't have enough to buy two pairs of shoes. Customer service was good, a young lady came and asked me if I needed help and she answered some questions that I had. In the end I found me a pair of shoes that I liked and my family said they look good on me so I bought them. Good place to browse for shoes.”

A sale was made within 15 minutes of my entrance, and I left wearing my shiny new walking shoes. The only change was an expected escalation in price. I was just happy to get what I wanted, and am now well prepared to walk the cobblestone streets of Barcelona, the dusty souks in Tangier, and the pink sand beaches of Bermuda.”
