“A month or so I was visiting family in Laughlin, I stopped at the Famous Footwear inside. It was a very pleasant visit, Trish was very resourceful and polite. As I was inquiring and looking for my shoes her and I were talking the whole time , I felt as if I've known her my whole life. I literally had just lost a family member so my spirits were not the greatest but little did Trish realize she made my day better. I was smiling as I left there.
