Great front desk experience from Jayden. Room was comfortable but felt like there was kitty litter throughout room on the floor.
It was only for one night so we didn't complain to management. We booked the room for 3 people but only had 2 sets of towels.

I was checking out at the front desk this morning on Sat, Jul 19 and Renee (supervisor) formerly known as Sasha was very rude to a gentleman shouting at him calling him a liar simply because he came back for another stay, she was basically telling him to go home. It was very unprofessional and I don't appreciate that, I think she maybe too young for her position. Laughlin is in a financial crisis right now, pushing paying customers away isn't a supervisor position.

Best Casino on the river! It’s my husbands and my first time here, staff are friendly and attentive! We had Carnegies for breakfast and Brew Brothers for dinner. Our stay has been perfect! Will be back!

I went for my birthday June 26th I arrived on the 25th everything was awesome 26 friend of mine called me and told me he was bringing me a 50 mustang GT 1999 35th anniversary mustang the staff associates everybody they were just 100% I'll be back soon

We checked in. I’ve been here two days and the television didn’t work. When we walked down to speak to them one female was very rude we can’t comp anything they are working on it. Second day first person I spoke too said it came back up. Channel 3 work but nothing else. I called back and the second person was rude. Oh they are working on it and yes I’m on vacation but when we unwind it would be nice to watch the television in the room. All the money you pay and you are given under run around. Will never return.

No refrigerator, no tv at all. Had one but it didn’t have any channels that came. After several calls to the front desk and being told that they would call the engineering department and other departments to try and fix the situation we went three days with no TV.. which was kind of rough to be honest. Carnegie Cafe was absolutely fantastic, and chicken bacon carbonara pasta was $11.99 and it felt like I ripped them off, it was so good!! The slots were a little lose these last couple which was awesome. No big wins but enough to keep sitting! We got skipped at the shuttle to Harrahs beach, so we had to make the walk, and that was not the best idea. But we did get there and it was worth the walk actually. Caught the shuttle back thank god! Anyways, overall, the way they treated our tv situation was like it was the normal and they had a script to follow, which lead nowhere and made us feel like we were part of the lower spenders because I chose the cheapest room. I really just wanted the cheapest room because I was celebrating my birthday and wanted to spend my money having fun. Next time I’ll spring for the higher floors…

Asked for pillows and blanket at 2:30,5:30,9:30 finally got them at 10:00. No internet no cable sink won't drain and no ice available on the 4th floor. This place is a joke

We purchased this hotel from Priceline. I realized that we had to stay the whole time, but there was a medical issue problem and we couldn't stay the whole time. I told them we were checking out earlier. Contacted Priceline to get a refund from the hotel, they refused refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

It is absolutely ridiculous for someone to shut down the pool at 8pm for everyone when adults are sitting there waiting to use the pool at a peaceful time without screaming kids running around and making it unbearable. But as I was told “My bosses bosses boss told me to close early” You don’t pay this kind money to stay at places that don’t care about their customers or amenities that are supposed to be available to adults. Wait a minute I forgot who I’m talking about, Caesars properties don’t care about their customers just profits or money spent. I’m done with spending anymore money at your properties if they all act like this. By the way it’s Sunday of 4th of July weekend, great day to decide to close the pool early.

We just returned from a 4 day stay at the hotel, we opted in to housekeeping at the front desk when we arrived, I had to get a hold of the desk every day to get the room done, called housekeeping and they never showed up.
The front desk personnel are top notch, the servers on the floor and in the restaurants are great
Unfortunately the room not being attended to is a huge deal

It's a rundown casino there really isnt nothing more about this place. The rooms are really outdated, nasty carpets they were peeling on the ends and stained. Bathrooms that look like there wiped with water to clean, nothing else. Also the room smelled like some kind of spray to try to make it smell good only it stinked and bad. The rooms can't get properly cooled because of the single pain windows from like the 80s. It did get really warm in the area by the windows. The only thing that looked up to date was the elevator area and I say that lightly. Overall I won't visit again. I'll have to check out the golden nugget next time.
