“I had my bachelorette party here and all of us girls stayed together and the customer service was absolutely amazing as well as the over cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the amenities are unmatched. They even have a super cool back patio where you can all hangout at. We loved that it was big enough for all of us and the kitchenette was super nice to have. I also had other family members and our groomsmen stay here and they all loved it as well. We will definitely be back!”
“The location of this hotel is perfect! It is in a new and very safe area of Reno. Easy access to the airport. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and new. Parking is easy and is only $8 a day. The breakfast was good. We were most pleased with the size of the room. It is like a small apartment and the layout is great. It has a mini-fridge and microwave. The bed is very comfortable and the furniture is from West Elm. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, we will search for SpringHill Suites in other cities on future trips because of the good experience we had here.”
“We stayed here by chance. Our original reservation at a different property was over ooked and they sent us to the Residence Inn. Our room was awesome. Great layout and the full kitchen was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Reno.”

Shows it's age in some areas, but so comfortable, spacious, restful, and amenities are great too. Front desk service and personalities are superb! Friendly and helpful as can be about the area as well as the hotel.
I would spend 2 weeks here again!”
“I had an amazing check-in experience thanks to Larry! I was traveling from Seattle and arrived on a day that hit over 90°, so being able to check in early was an absolute gift. I had a case of water I needed to get into the fridge quickly, and Larry made it happen without hesitation. I'm working remotely this week and don’t finish until 6:00 p.m. — when it's even hotter — so being able to return to a cool room and cold water was everything. Larry was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. Thank you for making my stay so much more comfortable.

“One thing to remember, this place is more like an apartment then a hotel, and a someone who travels for work. This felt more homelike then a hotel. Good size fridges, medium size microwaves, nice kitchenette. Can you go get clean towels, linens, and soaps. Sure. Good size laundry onsite as well, works great with the app. Great place to stay longer then a day or two.”

“We were going to head out but Eduardo was so friendly that we decided to stay at the bar because of him. He was very welcoming for us out of towners.
Food and drinks: Drinks at the bar were amazing! Eduardo the bartender took great care of us!”

“Front office staff was So helpful and friendly. We felt like a 5 star expirence. Rooms are so nice and so clean. We will make it a point to come back here. Note Vino's pizza (attached to motel) Best pizza / calazone EVER. :) I will see if I can leave them a seperate review.”
