“Very decent place for the prices that they have you paying here management could be a little nicer and a little bit more respectful and less bossy especially when you're just asking for basic needs”

“This is a great place because the rooms are nice. It is huge and also there is multiple towers which I like there is a pool that says GSR and this is a great location because it snows here and it also is in Reno, which is next to the capital of Nevada the service is really nice. They get you quick in their rooms. I would suggest take reservations. but there is one perk that they cost a lot of money, but there’s only one reason it’s because they have multiple things to do there for free.”

“We spent a week here at the WorldMark Reno when in town for bowling. Everything at the WorldMark was great! The pool/hot tub patio area was comfortable for hanging out, the common areas were clean and well appointed. Shawn at the front desk was super friendly (again) as well as providing a lot of information for the local area. Super appreciate everything!”

“We've stayed here a few times and love the atmosphere! Each floor has a theme. There is a nice pool, and bar area. It's fairly central to all the downtown action. The rooms we've had were clean, comfortable and have all had nice views!”

“Not the easiest place to park, but otherwise an excellent value. Great location.
Only thing- be careful getting in/out of bathtub, it is higher than expected; getting out of the tub, the step down is further than you think.”

“Rooms are very roomy and comfortable, however, south facing rooms may have highway noise. Cameron at the front desk went above and beyond during a service outage with the elevator on the 3rd floor. Nice property, my Marriott expectations were high and this courtyard rose to the occasion.”

“We booked a last minute one night stay here and it did not disappoint. Our room was very clean! The bed was so cozy, loved the cushy mattress. I’ll be looking to buy a similar comforter that they used because it was also so amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. So many food options within walking distance! The staff were also so professional and helpful! I’ll remember this place if we ever come back to Reno.”

“We stayed here by chance. Our original reservation at a different property was over ooked and they sent us to the Residence Inn. Our room was awesome. Great layout and the full kitchen was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Reno.”

“Free airfryer give away today.
Couldn't wait to give it a try. Works great we cooked up some chicken nuggets after a few hours of playing our favorite slots? Ty silver legacy.”

3.6 Good536 Reviews

“We had an amazing stay in a beautiful suite with a beautiful view. The only minus was that there was no hot water between 10 pm and 10 am. The “stay and play” reservation came with $100 free play and $50 breakfast credit. We got a 25% off coupon from our players card which we used at the steakhouse. Service was excellent and the sea bass was perfect. The cappuccino gelato was so good and came with a delicious chocolate and coconut cookie. The slot machines were lots of fun, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!”

“Booked the place through Airbnb. I've never been to Reno so I did not have any expectations, I just thought that the room was nice in the picture.

Stayed for a week from March 28th - April 4th and I love it! The check-in process was seamless, the room has a very complete amenities and a working air con that can also serve as a heater and there's also a high-speed wifi.
It is close to several restaurants and Fedex (in case you need to print or something).

The rapid station is just in front and on the left side, and it is close to the big casinos.

Walkability: Highly walkable, there is a red light and crossings in every corner.”

“I love Gateway Inn. Compared to a few other places I've stayed this place is the best. The room is super clean and ready to go. They provide very good service if you need them for anything. They are friendly and the rent is affordable. The neighbors are also friendly, very peaceful friendly clean place to live at.”

“This is an extremely nice facility with great staff and very good food. They accommodated several teams of disabled athletes with no hitches, which we've found to be rare.”

“For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! Plus, having the pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door latch, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that. All things considered, would definitely recommend for larger groups! (Oh, they do have a fold-out couch in the suite, but the mattress is terrible, so bring a sleeping pad!)”

“This place exceeded my expectations. I stayed here while taking my son up to the university of Reno. It was just me and him so when he moved in I stayed there alone. I never feared for my life or was afraid to go outside.I didn’t have a lot of money and hotels jack up the prices During UNR‘s Move-in weekend. The hotel is not far from UNR. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but was otherwise clean and the shower worked. You get a very small continental breakfast every morning. There’s a small casino attached to it with a little bar and grill. I did not try the bar and grill. My car was safe. I even had a bunch of my son‘s Belongings in the car and wasn’t worried about it. The place is not in the best neighborhood but it’s nothing I haven’t seen on Fremont Street in Las Vegas or even on the Row in Reno. There is a lot of foot traffic a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot, but that’s because of the small casino attached to the hotel. It’s more tucked away in an industrial area so there’s not a lot of restaurants to walk to, but there is a liquor store across the street that sells snacks and drinks. They also have a small store up at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The place was incredible. It has an arcade and a casino! If you have kids who like to play in the arcade and members how like to play cards, then you are in right path for finding a hotel. It even has a card place holder just in case you forget your card in the room. It is just that the place where you come in was kind of hard to find. When I was coming in my car at the drop off place,a person who works there was helping me and asking if I needed anything.”

“The room was large. The king bed was firm, the way my wife and I like it. Bathroom fixtures worked well, AC worked pretty well. The room had a desk, office chair, and recliner. The decor is kinda dated.

No free breakfast, the in-hotel restaurant is barely adequate.

Overall I'd consider staying here again.”

“Interesting setup—one side is Howard Johnson (red brick, yellow doors), the other is Travelodge (mauve brick, pink doors). I stayed on the Travelodge side and had a good experience.
Breakfast is simple and runs about three hours in the front desk area—juice, coffee, muffins, and granola bars. The front desk team was helpful with questions and directions.
The room was clean and simple, with a cute upgraded sink area. The zippered mattress protector gave extra peace of mind, and the bed was comfortable after a day of travel.
It’s about a block from Walgreens jimmy johns, smoothie shop and Circus Circus(including food court). The neighborhood noise settles down around midnight—I just played sleep sounds on YouTube and slept fine.
A solid, easy stay overall.”
