“The Lodge has a great location. This is a quiet place with a lovely setting. The staff is wonderful, the rooms was average but clean. The restaurant has turned into a 5 star experience. The breakfast is gourmet to say the least. One of the most creative and delicious breakfast I ever had. The Dinner was out of this world. You can not go wrong dinning here. You also get free canoe rentals which was great. We will return for sure next year.”

“This location is great for the entire Family. During winter they have an ice skating rink. They have bowling, movie theater, small arcade, outdoor golf driving range, kids jungle gym, pizza, burgers, and lots of other places to eat. Staff was very friendly. Some room still not updated. Indoor Starbucks you can use your mobile app to oder ahead on.”

“Felt like leaving another review. I've had great stays here at this hotel, almost every weekend I've stayed here I've been working. Trish and Andrew are always pleasant and helped me today with getting a new key card as I left mine in my room. Friendly awesome people. Thanks motel 6, Trish and Andrew.”

“Best kept secret in the Brewery district! The Jesse will far exceed your expectations when it comes to hospitality, seclusion, and customer service. Initially, you may be hesitant with the nearby bus station, soup kitchens, and homeless people nearby but once you enter the property, you're shutoff from the outside world. In the morning, the lounge is transformed into a coffee shop (Forged Roasting Co.) and is the best way to start your day. Their beans are freshly roasted and the breakfast pie is addictive. In the afternoon/evening, the mixologists arrive and the cocktail lounge is alive. Their mixologists are experienced, meticulous, and craft the greatest drinks. The restaurant (Estella | Tacos y Mezcal) compliments the evening with hand crafted tacos and other cantina delights. When it's time to turn it in, head upstairs to one of the six unique, artful rooms that bridge the old Reno with the new Reno. If you're looking for a gem, this boutique hotel will not disappoint and I guarantee you will be back.”

“A very quick trip for me. Bed was comfortable… good pillows! Super efficient black-out curtains. Plenty of plugs and usb plug-ins by the bed. LOVED the Aveda products! Would have liked to have had a water bottle in the room.”

“From the minute my friend and I (we're Black) checked in, we were welcomed with respect and kindness. I mention race because oftentimes simply being Black in America we're treated badly. Jeff greeted us like we belonged and had a pleasant and fun personality. Simply based on our greeting, I KNEW our stay would be wonderful. We needed to arrive late and leave early and that was not a problem with this property. We received several text communications prior to check in, after check in and when preparing to leave. Carlos called to check in and see if everything was ok in the suite. I really liked that. I feel this personal call early on to see if all was well is a great way to resolve any issues if any were found. All was well. Carlos called back a little later because he thought I'd lost my cell phone by my car. It wasn't my phone and later I learned they found the owner.Although we did not use any amenities outside of the unit due to resting, relaxing, eating, sleeping and doing NOTHING, they were all available to us if we wanted to use them. The suite was BEAUTIFUL! The decor was fabulous! As a person with disabilities often having trouble getting comfortable...every chair I sat on was perfect for me??. This is very rare. And the beds were comfortable too. I needed this comfort, I've been stressed lately.Although our trip was supposed to have 6 people, it was only 2 of us and we enjoyed all of that space. My friend decided to sleep in a twin bed and sleep on the Murphy bed because she likes the natural lighting and wanted to open the window when she got too hot. THANK y'all for the heat. OMG, were from the Bay Area and not used to 30° weather at all but the heating system worked just fine. We washed a few loads of clothes in very nice washing machines and took baths in our two separate bathrooms. We relaxed so much that we never watched TV lol. We're already scheduled to return late December and I can't wait.Thank you to ALL staff!Nikcole (owner since 2021)Rooms: The suite was beautiful and so comfortable. The colors were soft and and warm. The lighting was perfect and all of the light switches were perfect for anytime we moved throughout the unit. This space was big enough for several people to be very comfortable.Noteworthy details: All staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming and professional. They were attentive to any concerns we may have had. This felt good.”

“Hotel room was basically a mini apartment which is nice if you are staying for an extensive stay. The breakfast and dinner food was always good. Staff extremely friendly. I even forgot a bag and realized once I returned home in another state and Jim who was in the front end when I called helped me resolve the problem super friendly and really went the extra mile to aid me. Would strongly recommend.”

“Let's face it, there are two similarly situated non-gambling hotels, the Plaza and Whitney Peak. There are pluses and minuses with each. The location of the Plaza is much better. It is close to the river walk, but not along the strip, the gambling and the people who congregate on Virginia Street. The parking is on-site, which makes it very convenient especially when it's cold outside. It lacks modern decor (definitely dark and old style) and has inferior amenities than Whitney Peak (small bottles of shampoo etc., plastic and paper glasses, fewer outlets) , but it is quieter and warmer inside. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast is limited. There is no EV charging, but we only need that occasionally when we bring the Tesla. This time, we really appreciated being one block from the Wobble before you Gobble run. I'm happy we picked the Plaza this time.Rooms: Large room.Walkability: One block from the river walk; easy to get to midtown and fewer homeless.”

“Loved our room, spacious and nice. We had the suite with a tub in the living room area.I like the choices with The Row. Gaming for me is generally El Dorado, but rooms are nicer at Silver Legacy. Since it's Caesars Rewards you get credit for staying and playing at all 3, Circus Circus (worst), El Dorado, and Silver Legacy.Rooms: We had a great King Suite. Loved the room, bed, pillows, and space.Walkability: I generally don't walk much, but River Walk is a nice escape. I don't recommend late or dark night walks.Food & drinks: Many food options at The Row, River Walk, and downtown.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, quiet and the staff were great! My only complaint was the shower in the room we stayed in. There was a big crack and it was not fixed correctly. Room also could have been a bit cleaner but I would stay here again.”

“This hotel gets four stars. I've stayed at this hotel, at least four times now. It's not brand new, but it is clean. The complimentary breakfast is included. The breakfast is typically like some kind of breakfast protein such as bacon, then they have the bread selection and they have a cereal selection and they have juices and oatmeal and fruit. It's not a bad breakfast to be honest and it's nice that it's complimentary. If you get a room with two queen beds, there's not a lot of space on one side of the bed to get out of the bed but honestly it's not that big of a deal. The rooms include a mini fridge, but no microwave. The only thing I think I really don't like about the room to be honest is that the sink is right in front of the bed so if you have to wash your hands in the middle of the night, you will probably wake whoever else is up in the room because the sink is not in the actual like bathroom behind a closed door. I would recommend staying here if it's a good price. Also a tip, the odd numbered rooms face the airport, the even number rooms face the freeway, in case a view is important to you.”

“This hotel was very professional. Went there for my niece's wedding. Everything was great. The restaurant downstairs definitely recommended huge portions. Food was phenomenal, and the service was great. We will definitely recommend this place.”

“Benny in Security made me feel secure when unloading my car. I was relocating to Reno and the +Ramada hotel was my first stop. Everything I needed was at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Every time, I went to the lobby Benny made me feel confident while departing and returning to my room. I had the best view of the city. No matter my question, the staff was able to answer. I would call the Ramada as a Ambassador to Reno. Thank you.”

“This is yet another perfect short term stepping stone for today's youth and young adults!! The owners are amazing and the tenants are very nice. Of coarse there is a little riff Raff but we try hard to keep it to a minimum. Rooms always available!!!!”

“I had such an amazing experience at this motel and would recommend it to any coming to Reno for hot August night or anyone whose coming for a vacation! The rooms are very kept and clean, and the price is affordable and at a good rate. I only paid $300 for one room for a week, the owner is also very kind and helpful!”

“Favorite airport hotel ever! 4-minute walk from the RNO airport terminal through the parking garage and across the street -- and a recliner chair! ??First time I've ever walked from an airport to a hotel! And I can't recall ever having a recliner in any of the probably 1,000+ hotel rooms and other lodging I've stayed in around the world. This needs to be mandatory in every accommodation! ?Never heard of this SureStay Plus brand before. Aside from the recliner the room is nice with king-size bed, fridge, microwave, desk with comfy office chair, dresser, good-size TV, etc. This if a perfect place to stay at the airport. Only negative is breakfast is not included and checkout time is on the early side at 11 a.m. instead if the normal noon. But there was a nice lobby to work in while waiting until noon to pick up my rental car.Walkability: Airport terminal is only a 4-minute walk across the street and through the parking garage. There are no crosswalks however and you must climb over a chain to get into the garage. Area could definitely be more pedestrian friendly.Noteworthy details: Recliner chair in the room! So comfy.”

“I called to cancel the the owner Mr. Bains was very helpful and provided a compete refund. I'm so grateful. When I come back to Reno I'll definitely be staying at Comfort Inn by Mr. Bains. It took a few days, but the credit appeared and now everything is fine. Thank you Mr. Bains. I didn't want to get others sick, so I had to cancel my trip last minute.”

“The cool old sign caught my eye as I was driving down the main road, we pulled in on the off chance they had a room available for the weekend. We lucked out and got a room then ordered from the cafe. The food was DELICIOUS and the people who work here are so nice. Nancy has been very helpful. The rooms are very basic and straight out of the 70s. The meter-matic next to the bed still works!! So fun. Like an adult carnival ride.”

“I stayed at Kramers Midtown a few months ago and just booked a second stay. I really enjoyed the stay and have been looking forward to a return trip. Kramers is not a typical hotel so do your homework on their website ahead of time as it might not be the best fit for everyone. I would call it a self service stay like a mix of a hotel stay and a stay at an airbnb. I think it's a great concept and very comfortable in a good location for visiting Reno. The rooms are well planned out and the clubhouse is a nice plus. When we ran into the staff they were super helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to the next stay!”

“Not gonna lie…..I didn’t know what to expect with this property but truth be told, I hadn’t been to the casinos in a long time and it was the only Caesar’s property that would comp us for our stay during the Super Bowl. I have to say, I was quite impressed.First off, I had only been to this hotel some years ago to gamble. Didn’t think much of it. But years later, as mentioned, we stayed bc it was the only hotel that would comp us, so we took advantage of it. Appears the rooms and property may’ve gotten a facelift bc I don’t remember it looking the way it did. The rooms for sure had a more updated look compared to photos I saw online. The room we had was a corner unit and it was very spacious. Sure, it’s not luxurious but it was nice. The hotel is centrally located and easy to navigate; it’s connected to El Dorado and Silver Legacy, so you can walk to all hotels INDOORS. Hotel offers some good eats (we liked Madame Butterwork's) but there are all kinds of options. There’s a food court with cheap/fast eats which is sure to make everyone happy, or you can walk to the other hotels for some fine dining. The gym is pretty big. I think there were like 4-5 treadmills, 3-4 ellipticals, 2-3 bikes and some weights (no free weights; just machines). The check-in line was LONG, but it moves fast AND they also offer self check-in.There are six hotel elevators, but they always seem to be crowded; just be patient; it moves faster than you think. Finally, the concierge/valet desk was awesome. They were quick to ask if we needed help and offered their expertise in a friendly manner. Props to Michael who helped us print some football pools when the business center was closed. We’d always wait to meet up with friends right there, and the staff would often ask if we’d been helped but we were just waiting around. The customer server at this resort is beyond amazing.I get it, it’s not a high-end hotel, but between the staff, the convenience and particularly just our room, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.”

“Hate the 8 dollar parking. In a parking lot not near anything where parking would be a issue. I'm not understanding as to why there is a fee for that. But front desk was awesome . Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Have stayed about 4 times in the past 3 months. 10/10 and pet ”

“I read some reviews. I have to say they can really be misleading. First off it's Downtown any and every where downtown is a little sketchy. The only loud noise I heard were just trucks passing. I seen no vagrants around. Christina at the front desk is the best. She was irritated with her job or anything. When I checked in the staff was actually having a very laughable conversation. The rooms are great. Mini fridge, microwave.Rooms: Nice big family roomsWalkability: You are literally near everything you needNoteworthy details: Christina is the best. Very helpful ??”
