I had my daughter come and visit, the room was nice and smoke free. They had a complimentary shuttle to take us too and from the Reno Rodeo. We had a great time, enjoyed great food at Oceano, and are looking forward to our next stay.”

“We spent a week here at the WorldMark Reno when in town for bowling. Everything at the WorldMark was great! The pool/hot tub patio area was comfortable for hanging out, the common areas were clean and well appointed. Shawn at the front desk was super friendly (again) as well as providing a lot of information for the local area. Super appreciate everything!”

“This is a great place because the rooms are nice. It is huge and also there is multiple towers which I like there is a pool that says GSR and this is a great location because it snows here and it also is in Reno, which is next to the capital of Nevada the service is really nice. They get you quick in their rooms. I would suggest take reservations. but there is one perk that they cost a lot of money, but there’s only one reason it’s because they have multiple things to do there for free.”

“Haven't stayed in the rooms but the store has a decent supply of fishing and camping gear. I don't claim to know all the politics as to why they no longer serve liquor but it was kinda a bummer to be able to get a drink after a day of fishing.”

Her kindness, patience, and hospitality went a long way, and I really appreciated the way she treated me with genuine respect and warmth. The ladies working the front desk here have all been friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but Odessa especially stood out to me. Sometimes a little kindness from someone can completely change the way your day is going, and that's exactly what she did for me. It's easy to overlook how much front-desk staff contribute to a motel experience, but the people working here are a big part of what made my stay a positive one. They were professional, personable, and actually made me feel welcomed rather than like just another customer. Thank you, Odessa, for making my day. You deserve to be recognized for the hospitality you show people. Five stars all the way!”

“Rooms are very roomy and comfortable, however, south facing rooms may have highway noise. Cameron at the front desk went above and beyond during a service outage with the elevator on the 3rd floor. Nice property, my Marriott expectations were high and this courtyard rose to the occasion.”

“We booked a last minute one night stay here and it did not disappoint. Our room was very clean! The bed was so cozy, loved the cushy mattress. I’ll be looking to buy a similar comforter that they used because it was also so amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. So many food options within walking distance! The staff were also so professional and helpful! I’ll remember this place if we ever come back to Reno.”

I have never had such a polite, kind, helpful, and just all around made the stay even more pleasant I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to enjoy there stay peacefull no late night random phone calls. Eduardo from the bar is the best bartender Ive EVER come across. He always takes care of me and is the friendliest. If you want a place to stay with amazing staff to take care of you, the Hilton Garden Inn is the place to be.”

“Booked the place through Airbnb. I've never been to Reno so I did not have any expectations, I just thought that the room was nice in the picture. Stayed for a week from March 28th - April 4th and I love it! The check-in process was seamless, the room has a very complete amenities and a working air con that can also serve as a heater and there's also a high-speed wifi. It is close to several restaurants and Fedex (in case you need to print or something). The rapid station is just in front and on the left side, and it is close to the big casinos. Walkability: Highly walkable, there is a red light and crossings in every corner.”

“For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! Plus, having the pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door latch, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that. All things considered, would definitely recommend for larger groups! (Oh, they do have a fold-out couch in the suite, but the mattress is terrible, so bring a sleeping pad!)”

“The place was incredible.It has an arcade and a casino! If you have kids who like to play in the arcade and members how like to play cards,then you are in right path for finding a hotel. It even has a card place holder just in case you forget your card in the room. It is just that the place where you come in was kind of hard to find. When I was coming in my car at the drop off place,a person who works there was helping me and asking if I needed anything.”

“Our favorite vacation destination. Fun for us adults and also for the kiddos. We took my service animal companion dog with us this time and it went smoothly with no problems whatsoever. Vallet parking and the guys at the bell service desk make unloading and checking in and then out, a total breeze. Highly recommend for adults with children who still want to have a great time and experience the night life in Reno!!”
