“Not only did I get the perfect custom contour cut foam board for our tradeshow, but they helped by last minute delivering it to us (we are from out of town). We then sent them to the wrong hotel and they STILL went above and beyond AFTER HOURS to get this to this correct one. Best customer service hands down.”

“Fantastic location ample parking. Staff, at this UPS service locations are exceptional. You can rent mail boxes, photocopy fax, or ship and receive. Certified copies door to door. They receive parcels and also deliver parcels and have supplies for you to mail out your packages. Thank you, Angela for the top shelf service ? you have exceptional knowledge of the system and know how to get a package from a to b successfully.”
“If not for the lady sale person I would not have made it home with the Item I purchased. My feet were in such pain, my back at the same time was in pain, I was at a lost of breath. But this young sale lady help find the item carried to cash register than offered to carry it to my vehicle. Thank goodness she did or I wouldn't have been able to make it home. I passed out when I got home. But I made thanks to her assistance.”

I took my phone to this FedEx office inside the Cosmopolitan hotel where I was staying and they did the whole thing for $1.49 I was truly impressed not just with the value for money but by the lovely friendly service I received. “I had an unexpected issue with my banner, I was setting up for a tradeshow and the banner was missing. So I called this location and spoke to an employee named Ky and she was not only very friendly, but she took my sense of urgency seriously and she helped walk me through the priority printing options and the banner was done same day very fast. I really appreciate her and Maryam for their help getting my 3x5 banner printed. I got it in my booth and looks great!”
“Went to this location inside the Flamingo Hotel to send items home to my son that would not fit in his bag. Everyone was professional and friendly, location was clean and presented well. My package was delivered 2 days late and my son missed getting it on time before heading back to his college apartment (was sent to his fathers house as that is where he was going to be on 12/29/23)., Customer Service number was a joke, no one would let me speak to a supervisor and would repeatedly end the call as they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I was very upset, though calm and professional on all calls to the Main Customer service number. I just wanted a refund on the shipping portion of the bill, not for the supplies and they refused, every rep giving a different reason as to why. I finally sent an email, as I was so ticked off. The store location I sent the package from called me within an hour and apologized for the customer service I had received so far. He refunded me the shipping portion of my bill, even though HE did not have to. He understood the package missed its delivery day by two days and felt horrible. He went above and beyond, much better than anyone ever tried to do at the main Customer Service number. Thank you for making things right Shawn, your kindness and honesty warmed my heart. Thank you so much for doing the right thing.”
