The wait as a walk-in was only half an hour, the front desk staff were great, and I can't sing enough praises about Bryan. Not to mention, not a problem with my insurance, which can be a pain. “I don't know what has changed over the past few years, but I am so impressed with the staff here. They are friendly, understanding, personable, and helpful. A few years back, it was completely different. I've witnessed several staff members help out elderly people trying to figure out their lab work or the tablet check-in process. Everyone explained things well when asked, and given the high volume of patients coming in, they maintained a positive attitude. You used to walk in there and find people on their phones, not being helpful especially to the elderly who find trouble navigating the system and process and just rude. The past few times I've been there the last 2 or 3 years, it really seems to have changed. Whoever the ladies were that were working today, a Monday after a holiday weekend, deserve a Bravo because they were the best.”

“Mainly a 5 star for fast service ( I didn't have an appointment and because the lady drawing the blood was good. It didn't hurt at all. I thought it was weird that the ladies drawing the blood are the same ones who check customers in. They should have someone else helping them.”

“I walked in around 230 and was seen immediately without appointment. I was very blessed for that due to most places having long wait times. My phlebotomist was Anthony and he did an exceptional job. No pain with blood draw which is not common for me, and he was very patient with explaining other collections needed. 10/10 recommend them and this facility.”

“Called a day in advance scheduled a morning appointment. No one is in the lobby checking people in it's Self Serve-Check In. Make sure you have your ID and Insurance information ready to make everything else move faster. I was called back with the phlebotomist she took all my information as this was my first visit here at Quest. Didn't take very long, hardly felt the needle go into my arm. She had me double check my name and bday on each blood vial and that was it super quick and convenient.”
