“Thank you, Tina, my daughter, who has cerebral palsy, has been a patient for 6 years, and lately is really not a good service for the last 7 months ? thanks God tina is there because everyone else is not customer service friendly, hopefully they could learn from Tina because there is a lot of mistakes going on. I called we time to change my address and they delivered to the old one , a neighbor was kind enough and brought it to my new place ,again Tina fix it , yesterday another guy was in the wrong chart being rude them again recibe a call of another patient same last name as my daughter but I tell her please talk to Tina because is strange to have my number in the wrong chart as well, yesterday got my diapers super late , but one missing they gave an extra one , just 5 minutes ago brought the extra one hope they step up.Thank you Tina they need to raise your position and money because she is the only one listening and taking time for the customers. The others are rude and disrespectful .5 start because of Tina if not will be 0 start”

“I was on a quick getaway to Vegas & after I checked into my hotel room, I realized I had forgotten my AC plug for my CPAP machine. My son-in-law, in California, called Susan & told her of my dire situation. The store was closing in 10 minutes. She looked in stock & found it!!!! She told my son-in-law my hotel wasn't too far & she would stay past closing for me, which she did! She met me outside & we tried the AC cord & it worked!!! I jumped back in my cab & was overwhelmed with her kindness. She had to call her babysitter to say she would late! All of this extra effort for a customer she had never met!!! How fabulous is that!! Above & beyond service, for sure!!”
“Thomas from the time he answered the phone was super helpful. He followed up, even fought with the insurance to ensure that my aunt got a wheelchair. He personally delivered to us as well. I appreciate the kind attitude as well as the above and beyond. I work in the medical field and dealing with it from a patient perspective is quite frustrating. “I want to leave my review, a few months ago I found this pharmacy by chance, I needed a pharmacy that did free delivery since my mother needs a lot of medications and had already had problems at the previous pharmacy due to poor work and poor coordination, someone recommended QHr and so I called the Nellis location, and to my surprise if they speak Spanish there, they were very friendly, dedicated, they answered all my questions without leaving me any doubt, I want to congratulate all of them and especially Elizabeth for her great I work serving clients, and I did so much that I transferred my mother to them and it was my best decision.”

“I was traveling and hurt my ankle. From the airport in Houston, I was able to call Emerald Medical Supplies and they knew exactly what I needed, a knee scooter. Their pricing was WAY more than fair and by the time I landed in Las Vegas and made my way to the hotel, they had already delivered my scooter to the bell desk. With everything else I had to deal with (work/convention) this was pain free!Thank you Emerald team, I wish I had specific names to recognize exactly who helped; but it was the customer service agent answer to the delivery driver that went out of his way to get it there the same day.”
“Bought a 'Rampower' lab handpiece and motor from this company. Unfortunately, right out of the box it didn't work. (Not their fault, they are the supplier not the manufacturer). Called them up, they organized return labels and got a new one out to me in less than a week. Thought it was good service and indicative of their culture. I will do business with them again.”

“Way better than dealing with their competitor Scooterbug in Las Vegas. Scooters are in better condition and they are not throttled to the point where it's hard to go over an incline such as in front of Venetian. Customer service is good. With scooter bug. I had to call a couple of times to get a scooter replacement which took hours and I was stuck in one place waiting for them to you. Finally deliver a new scooter but the process just trying to get scooter bag to answer their phone was absolutely ridiculous! I have never had this sort of issue, and I've never had to exchange, a scooter with Desert Medical”

“Lincare personnel are nothing short of amazing. I call and ask for assistance setting up some equipment and they immediately take care of it. They provided 'extra' nasal cannula's and sent them overnight. Anytime I call to ask for anything they are always polite, ready to listen, and respond with answers. Final note is that it's noting like getting a long winded 'our options have changed so please listen to the list of options before pressing 1 to 15.' It's nothing like that. They answer the phone and are super helpful and polite. I rank them clearly number one well ahead of almost any medical supply and service company.”
