Let's start with the FREE delivery that they pay for. What a great option the big pharmacies aren't going to give you. Staff all very understanding people and always helpful.
They will reach out to you doctor and make recommendations or try to get some urgency on your prescription.
Josh has helped me get rid of cholesterol medication with diet correction and high quality vitamins that I buy from them.
Cholesterol went from 350 to 180 and less.
Recommended a non statin drug to initially get things under control to getting off of it. I'm grateful. If there's something they other pharmacies can't get they might be able too.
Definitely consider them before going to another CVS or WALGREENS to walk around and wait.
I don't think I've seen anyone waiting around there ever.”

Also found out that this veteran owned company gives part of the proceeds towards helping whales and dolphins. So many plusses to this company that we will continue to use them from now on until forever as far as I'm concerned. If you end up with Adrial as your rep you will be very happy and content. “I came here on December 4th in the afternoon. I am new to buying quality scrubs. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by such a kind woman! She helped me pick out the scrubs that worked for me. I am on the shorter side but also plus size. She helped me pick out a few different styles and took all of my preferences into consideration. I was able to find two different brands and I love them! She is so kind and considerate! I wish I was able to remember her name but seriously she made the experience so much easier!! The store was very clean and very organized.”

“My mother fell ill quite rapidly, we were thrown into a world we didn't understand, or even how to cope with the changes. After all the dread weve felt in the 3 weeks of hospitals and worry. We were met with a litany of things to get for when she came home. When we called Freedom Medical we were met with a quite disrespectful customer care experience. We felt a bit down because of that too. Like maybe we shouldnt be caring for our grandma.
But when we called Las Vegas Pharmacy & Supplies we were met with a polite, kind, helpful Marion. She was fantastic, gave us ideas to help, had exactly what we needed and was absolutely a breathe of fresh air in our tornado. We left feeling like maybe we can do this as a family.

“I really don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, but from my experience , this is the greatest company that i've ever dealt with where medical supplies are concerned. Stephanie was a great help to me ! I literally found this company they immediately went to work on getting me a medical bed and getting everything turned in to where I received the bed a week later. In the past, I dealt with 2 other companies that had authorization for the bed.But never contacted me.Or set up anything to deliver them. Six months has passed , so I found this company vegas medical supply , and I had a bed in my home set up in less than two weeks. I Really appreciate this company all the proper paperwork together so that I could get to bed. Stephanie deserves a raise over there, She's always on top of things and Really appreciate her for that!!! “had such a wonderful experience at Tropicana Medical Supply, and I have to give a special shoutout to Thomas. He was literally about to head to lunch, but instead of rushing out, he chose to stay and help me—and that alone says so much about his character.
Not only did he take his time with me, but he also walked me through everything I needed, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in what I was buying. He even worked out a really great price for me and went above and beyond by giving me some extra tape along with my purchase.
You just don’t find that kind of kindness and service everywhere anymore.

“I was traveling and hurt my ankle. From the airport in Houston, I was able to call Emerald Medical Supplies and they knew exactly what I needed, a knee scooter. Their pricing was WAY more than fair and by the time I landed in Las Vegas and made my way to the hotel, they had already delivered my scooter to the bell desk. With everything else I had to deal with (work/convention) this was pain free!Thank you Emerald team, I wish I had specific names to recognize exactly who helped; but it was the customer service agent answer to the delivery driver that went out of his way to get it there the same day.”
“Recently flew in and saw some friends on the east side of vegas and got really sick. I went in and had the opportunity to speak with the manager and rep. They shared that a new owner bought the pharmacy in November 2025 and did a full remodel of the space. It's very clean, organized and the staff was super caring and detailed oriented. 10/10 recommend”

“My machine for my daughter was given to me just yesterday on 3/30/2022. They guy who showed me how it works told me if the 2 lights on the side turned on to call their company so they could switch it out. I called at 4:55 today 3/31/2022 because the lights turned on and it started beeping loudly. The lady I was on the phone with said "we just sent that out yesterday." I said yes but I'm just doing what they guy told me to do. She said give me one moment and put me on hold and hung up. I called back today and they are looking into the person who hung up on me and they are sending out someone to swap tanks with me. I was hasty to think they didn't care. This is a great company. Thank you for making it right for me.”
“This company is great to rent from. We rented a wheelchair for 3 days at a very reasonable rate. The equipment was in good condition and clean.
