For all you for baby pet owners just so you know if you drop your dog off at any PetSmart for a daycare when you leave they lock them up in a cage that's why they require you to text them when you're on your way so then they put them in the playroom to act like they played all day when in fact they've been locked up ALLDAY !! HORRIBLE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND MISTREATING ANIMALS, DONT TEXT THEM, POP UP AND YOULL SEE FOR URSELF

Usually this groomer does a great job with our fur babies but today was an unwelcome exception… I came in at my appointment time and had to wait 10+ minutes to be seen. The lady that took my cat to put on his nail caps was trying to dump and shake him out of his crate rather than simply reaching inside and taking him out. Not shockingly she was unable to complete the service and blamed the cat.. Cat and I have been here multiple other times and never had an issue. Not only was it a waste of my time but it was upsetting to see my animal treated this way. I doubt anyone there would try to dump a small dog out of their carrier.. definitely considering not returning.

Grooming dept was less than great. Seems they cater more to K9 species than felines.
I will never understand why this company and most pet companies carry MORE dog products than any other animal.

I like this PetSmart. The store is clean, well-stocked and the cashiers are friendly. The parking lot is clean, well-lit at night and is convenient. The prices are good and I always seem to find something I can get on sale.

The grooming department is the best!! We have a nippy boy and Lena always does a great job with him.

This is the second time we take our dog for a grooming services and the personal was really incompetent, they shampoo our dog and call us to take her, we had our dog all wet and they were not taking her for grooming and they do false advertising, really disappointed and never take her there anymore. Not recommended at all.

EXPENSIVE $$$$$$____
it's ok if they have a sale or you find a clearance item. They don't have much for the smaller canines. Could not find a small enough sweater, shirt, etcetera. They also did not have tiny booties for outdoor or indoor.

Wife and I had to do one of the hardest things ever. We had to put our babygirl down. Kidney disease had caught up with her and she could no longer walk or go to the bathroom by herself. No more pain. The staff at this Petsmart was so heart felt they did not want to even do it cause she was so sweet. They felt the pain as much as we did. I love the staff here, they were great.
