“Wow! What an amazing experience at McCandless Truck Center. My husband and I came here for help right after Memorial Day. Most truck centers were shorthanded and we were indirectly turned away due to short staff and no availability for walk-ins unless we had a prior appointment three weeks earlier!
My husband, not wanting to have to wait until the weekend to get our main truck repaired, suggested we visit McCandless and find out for ourselves if other reviewer's experiences were as good as they said they were. We had our truck towed to the center and we were greeted by the amazing staff as soon as we walked in. Albert was incredible! He was very patient and allowed us to explain how our truck had broken down and how we're currently overwhelmed with a new team of drivers and one of our main shippers rushing us to make our next delivery or canceling not just the current delivery with us but the next one as well. My husband owns several companies and is highly requested when there is a need to expedite freight so having a truck break down in the middle of a thunderstorm, Memorial Day weekend was not ideal.
Albert immediately empathized with our circumstance and squeezed us into today's schedule. He walked us through what repairs are actually needed, didn't upsell us on the costs for the parts, and advised he'll do his best to get us back on the road this evening. We appreciated how fairly Albert treated us and were blown away by how dedicated he is to servicing all customers when he could have easily decided that he didn't want to work longer today and just gave us a card and told us to come this weekend. This is the second time that Albert has saved the day and our business relationships. If anyone has been experienced an unforeseen situation like ours or is looking for a top-quality company to purchase their next truck, trailer, or parts, PLEASE come here. The front desk and technicians all provide the best communication and service. Albert has consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. Albert was straight to the point, won't waste your time, and goes above and beyond for all customers even on a busy day after a holiday.”

“The service given to me when I was checking in was excellent. The wonderful woman that helped me get my vehicle, was very efficient. My movers informed me that there was broken glass in the back of the vehicle. And when I return with the vehicle, the check in was very speedy and efficient. I have used this location for several years.And as long as a have the type of people of this caliper, I will always use this location.”
“I received the pickup truck with an empty tank; however, when I went right back, they promptly handed me another truck that was nearly full within 30 seconds. The customer service was great, and the drop-off process for the truck was easy. Everyone was very polite.”

“The manager Kris and team member Lee S. were so professional. When my wife and I arrived to pick up our reserved 20' truck and auto transport the WIFI was down. We were already late meeting the movers at my mother's home, but now we were going to be REALLY late.
But with a combination pf the use of my phone, company computer, and patience from both Lee and my wife whose name is also Lee worked out fine.
Their greeting as we walked through the front door felt genuine. We were so anxious about driving the truck with auto transport in moving my mother from Las Vegas to the Bay Area, California, but it turned out successful partially due to Kris and Lee S.
