Rude and unprofessional, one day I came to check my unit and I found out it was broken into. Management knew about it 2 weeks ago and didn’t bother telling me or fixing the lock. Majority of my stuff was taken. Beware people it’s not the first time this is happened other units

Do not use this company. Customer service is horrible. Called to cancel 2 different times and was told it was cancelled, however still got charged and they will not give a refund. Finally, the 3rd call for cancellation it got done. Was desperate at the time of reservation, but feel shafted. Find somewhere better.

Yadira and Alona are the most kind and helpful staff, and this place is lucky to have them working there. Nothing was ever stolen from me, and I wasn't worried it would be. It's quiet, clean, professional, and simple. Definitely recommended, if you like great customer service, and a safe place to store your belongings.
