“I scheduled an appointment for fingerprinting for a new job and was sent here. I had talked to Stephanie the day before my appointment to ask if I they had any later times and she stated that the only times available are what’s shown online. I was worried I would not arrive in time from work to make the appointment but assured me that I could still be helped when I showed up. I made it to my appointment and it was again Stephanie who greeted me quickly took my prints. I loved the kindness and reassurance she showed me over the phone. The fingerprints were time sensitive and she made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!!!”

“I only found this place about a half a year ago but I love it. It just recently changed hands after the previous owner and his wife retired. Anyone wavering on going because of the reviews on here needn't worry. That being said, the previous owner and his wife weren't the type of store clerks to throw themselves at your feet but I for one prefer this over the too eager, "can I help you" every 3 seconds type. I've never witnessed them being unfriendly or unhelpful.
And their lovely dog was the absolute best part of every time I went there!
And regarfless, new owner(s) as of recently. If the place had to switch owners it's seems like it couldn't be anyone better!”

“My move was flawless from the day I sent in a request for a quote to the the day I pulled the trailer door closed after my furniture was offloaded. Customer service that surpassed the highest of expectations. Timeliness that was consistently consistent. A person that I could go to and did. Over the 2200 plus miles and many days that Estes Sure move had my "stuff" they were available and accommodating. I am sure that you will be saying the same when you choose Estes Sure move for your move.”

“Fantastic location ample parking. Staff, at this UPS service locations are exceptional. You can rent mail boxes, photocopy fax, or ship and receive. Certified copies door to door. They receive parcels and also deliver parcels and have supplies for you to mail out your packages. Thank you, Angela for the top shelf service ? you have exceptional knowledge of the system and know how to get a package from a to b successfully.”

“Everyone is great however if you see a middle aged asain lady behind the counter she is not the best at her job. For some reason only going to her my hold mail could never be located last time her supervisor came and assisted and luckily found it. I was grateful however if I had her, I already knew she was coming back empty handed. Glad to have my mailbox fixed because the month my mail had to be on hold, even with informed delivery it could rarely ever be located at post office when I would come in.”
“I was dropping off some boxes, and a FedEx employee who by the looks of it was off the clock and going to his personal car at the end of the shift, saw that I was unloading my stuff and decided to jump in and help. I didn’t get to take his name, but I wanted to say thank you and let FedEx know that the have some good people working at that location. He didn’t had to help me, but he did! Great attitude!”

“The energy was very welcoming once my son and I came in there. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Joseph, and from there he took care of what I needed all while remaining professional which is very scarce these days. When I look at the professionalism that he and his colleague next to him provided, I said we should've been coming here all along. If you want a post office that treats you like a human being instead of a regular customer/number I would definitely say this is the post office location which provides all you need with a smile which will leave you smiling in the end like they had my son and I doing when we left.... ????”
