Today with Ms. Selena we had to do plenty of measurements, taping and re-taping, but while that was all happening Ms. Selena stayed focus and worked with us, doing it whatever she had to do to make sure we got our TV shipped back to the company. While we were working everything out, Ms. Selena started to understand our problem and everything became easier and easier along the way. So to finish off this long letter, I would like to say that Ms. Selena and her other associates that helped with our TV situation were the best helpers we've ever had while being at UPS. Almost always greeting me even though I try to rush in and out of there. I’ve never caught any of their names til today. Evie, Sam and others have been nice to me.
