This bank refused to let my retirement client fund his own retirement account, lied to his face the defamed me as their financial advisor. This is an illegal and fraudulent practice. These people are predators. Don’t ever use them

All the many conversations we had about those fees you were charging on pending transactions for ach transactions you used to process prior to the date authorized ..I guess it's all coming back to haunt the bank now. I'm almost certain you owe me money but we'll see how this all plays out.
