This was our second stop of the day because at another bank the consultant was no help at all. I am so glad we walked into this U.S. Bank and met with Trisha. Trisha was so helpful and assisted me and my team with all the questions and concerns we had on opening an account. She was kind, funny and most importan informative and knowledge. “I do not bank with Chase, but the customer service I received was absolutely amazing.I don't know how to tie a tie,(Im just a girl lol) and on my way to work I remember there was a Chase Bank on the corner. I decided to stop in and ask if one of the employees could help me with my tie.

“Yes this location is always busy (I don't even live in Vegas) but I bring my mother when I visit her. Yea, there may be a wait but each time I have come has been a good experience. This last time was great. My mom had some issues recently with fraudulent activity and we knew we would have to wait since we did not have an appointment. The wait was not unreasonable (less than 15 minutes) and we were helped my Malik who was beyond fantastic. He was so friendly, personable and attentive. Even though it took almost 2 hours to get it straightened out (not his fault...we were on hold most of that time and the entire time Malik talked to us and did not make us feel rushed). We were very happy with the service received.”
