Excellent (and fast) service. Robert Strong in the service dept. is an outstanding professional. Made repairs to my saxophone in hours (I expected weeks) and my saxophone is now somehow better than new (?) - also they have an incredible selection of almost everything. Recommended.

I called and spoke to Amy she was great answered my Qs about a harp a birthday present to myself. It sooths the soul playing the harp, your never to old to learn they are so wonderful God bless them.
