I love Alaska. I made a mistake and missed my own flight. The ground crew at RNO/Tahoe helped me make the next flight. They didn't have to do that. All of them were sweet and understanding. I'm proud of my account with them. :)

My flight out of Reno was delayed due to a maintenance issue which was not ideal however Lynna and Jason were very helpful and kind! They were patient and able to help me find a solution. Throughout the delay they made sure to keep everyone updated. Thank you Lynna and Jason!
