Inefficient. Very slow service. They have no regard for customer service for their passengers. What’s the point of a self tagging kiosk if there will be no one to tend to the bag drop off area? We were here for almost an hour standing and waiting with other customers for someone to take our bags.

My flight out of Reno was delayed due to a maintenance issue which was not ideal however Lynna and Jason were very helpful and kind! They were patient and able to help me find a solution. Throughout the delay they made sure to keep everyone updated. Thank you Lynna and Jason!
