“I have lived here since 2019. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice. Every unit has a one car garage, which i love. The maintenance guys take care any issues pretty quickly. Snow gets plowed in the Winter. The only complaint I have is that some of the tenants don't take care of their units, and the leasing office doesn't really do anything about it.”
“Beautiful community, positive team. We appreciate utilizing the clubhouse and everyone is quite friendly. Every community has its strengths and weaknesses, unfortunately rules are only sporadically enforced, leading to unchecked issues that hinder our enjoyment of the amenities we pay for each month. We are all for a beautiful property but it's also exhausting to have constant landscaping/parking/gates being worked on for 5 months of our leasing period. Overall it's a solid community with some really friendly people just trying to make everyone happy.”
“Outstanding Service. Went in just to look at the Complex on Sunday. Found it absolutely beautiful and what an amazing swimming pool with a pool deck that looked new. When entering the leasing office I was greeted with warm smiles and a true welcome. The lovely Lady that gave me a tour of the complex and showed me the exact apartment with the details that I had explained to her which saved a lot of time. She explained the entire apartment in great detail. I was so impressed I rented that apartment that day. Christina E help me though the entire process which was greatly appreciated being a senior. I had my keys to my new home in two days. I can't thank the owner of this complex enough for having such an Outstanding team member. If your are a senior and want luxury living in a well managed safe apartment complex this is your place. PS The apartments are beautiful, roomy with a lot of storage and we'll maintained.”

“I've been here almost a year the community is clean looks great. The amenities that we have here are awsome open gym via key card free use bbq pits ready to go!!!! Last but not least the staff here is on top of it all with smiles. Rosalia has been very on point and gets me answers or help when I need anything. Overall it's a wonderful community to raise children and a family”
“We have had a good experience here so far. Shelly had to fix mistakes for the old leasing agent but did so in great haste. She is always a pleasant person to deal with. Our tub was having some sort of issue and leaking into our downstairs neighbors apartment. They came even at 10pm to assess the situation and were here the next morning to get everything working! So far very happy with our decision to move here.”
“During a really stressful time in my life I visited the office and was greeted by a huge smile! Raquel was so understanding and made me feel heard. I felt comfortable around her and I was happy I finally found someone who listened to he and treated me so well as soon as I opened the door. “I believe this is the BEST place I have EVER lived at. Love the office staff especially Trinidy as she was there through my lease signing. The overall look and feel of the grounds is beautiful. You feel like you are in a home and not an apartment. So far so GREAT! love it....
It's June of 2025 now and I must love it here as I just hit 10 years. I love Garabaldi Property Mgmt with Audrey and Brooke. The maintenance guys are awesome too including Alton and Daniel (thanks for the bulb in my oven). Here's to another 10!!! Thank you!”
