When I arrived to the store , there was male and female working , the female (I didn’t catch her name) greeted us well but the male named EDDIE did not look happy to have costumers come in. He took off his air pods and let out a huge sigh. When telling the empolyees what we needed they seemed bothered and not happy to help. I am assuming the female was new so I understood but Eddie was very rude and had no good attitude to help. What really threw me off was Eddie and the female speaking in front of the customers about a certain employees lunch time complaing about how long the employee took on lunch and etc. Eddie then went to the back and got the employee in trouble in front of almost the entire store of customers making it a very uncomfortable environment . I understand if it needs to be addressed but maybe not in front of customers and maybe a nice Attitude from the employee Eddie would be nice . He didn’t look happy to help anyone not even his co workers ..

If I could give zero stars I would! They were not caring at all about my sms text issues, google maps slowness. I was taken off a good plan by phone support the day before, they criticized that i changed to a lesser plan and then wouldn't help me, said id have to call att support. Gave put down attitude over my use of duckduckgo and firefox very condescending!

Couldn't set up my firstnet account and wound up losing internet. After a full hour, her solution was to call customer service since they couldn't do it. And the young lady was sick and coughing all over my phone and everything around her. Absolutely disgusting. Went to a corporate store and they had to undo everything she did and get me up and running. Took them 10 minutes. Always going to a corporate store from now on.

Staff worked diligently and quickly making the process smooth and fast. At the same time very friendly to my 1 year old. Great store and great people.

The customer service is amazing at this location. I was in a very unique situation trying to get my phone upgraded and the representatives at this location handled it very professionally through the whole process. Anna in particular made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you for a great experience!

Always the biggest waste of time when ever I go into this store I’ve had to come back multiple time just to be told that they can’t help me in anyway shape or form. They tell you to come back time and time again only for them to slander you in front of other customers to make me feel badly. I would not recommend this facility at all and I believe management should train their employees better.
