I recently sent out thank you note to my dads address put the right address maybe they didn’t understand my hand writing but they lost it I sent out another person that lives in same neighborhood there card made it I don’t know if they lost the small envelope sorting the mail may have failed mail truck but very disappointing hopefully it will turn up in mail or sent back to the return address this first time it has happened

I love this store and it’s been my favorite for quite a bit all the staff are always so kind and nice helping me with different things I needed to do in the past but today I had a horrible experience. I went in as I needed to return and old device for the upgrade I did 3weeks ago. I walked into the store and a girl I have never seen before walked to offer help. I started telling her what I needed and I could see clearly how she had a very bad attitude, didn’t pay much attention and continued talking to her, there were some things I wasn’t understanding and I asked for explanation and she kept being rude. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, I could clearly feel an attack was triggering so I asked her to get me another rep to take care of me and she comes out with another rep and as I am trying to get him to help me she keeps talking to me and I clearly stated I didn’t want to talk to her as she was already triggering my anxiety. She did not care and kept being rude to me until it got to the point my anxiety attack triggered and I could breathe I actually had to get up and try to calm myself down. Her name is Alma. She need to find another job she could literally kill someone, if someone older than me had same issues with anxiety she can definitely trigger a paralysis or a heart attack. This kid is extremely rude. If you get her to help you just run as far as you can.

This store refused to sell me a phone without an installment plan. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

My husband and I came in to combine phone plans and were helped by JJ and Casey who were AMAZING! We (of course) forgot every user ID and password to all of the accounts needed to make this happen, but JJ and Casey were able to recover all of our information and help us through what is normally a very frustrating process. My husband even said “you guys are so much better than my previous provider, I’m glad I’m switching!” We’re saving over $100/mo by switching :) Plus they told us about deals and promotions we qualify for. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again for your help fellas!!!

Upgrading my old phone— I asked many detailed and atypical questions and Tyrone was easily able to answer and explain each one. He was very thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, an EXCELLENT in-store experience!

JJ at the AT&T Damonte Ranch PKWy was outstanding! Explained & answered questions clearly & very patient . You trained him very well & kudos to his trainer/ manager. Nowadays, we need more people like him with a heart & a smile .

I saw online that ATT was offering $800 trade in for my old phone. I went to this store to get a new phone and trade in for the old phone. Renata helped me find a new phone and checked out my old phone and said I would be able to trade it in. I wanted to transfer the files myself so I took both phones and returned a few days later to hand in my old phone. I was helped by a large young man with dark curly hair and large coiled plugs in his ears. He told me that my old phone did not qualify as a trade in. I told him that Renata checked it out and said that it did or I would not have made the purchase or erased my old phone, it took me 4 hours to set up the new phone and reactivate all my emails and apps. I explained this and relayed I was dissatisfied. He said Renata is new and didn't know what she was doing. I asked him why he did not supervise her making the sale, he said I'm not the manager. I remember him when I was being helped by Renata, he and another employee were tossing a football around the store. He immediately became defensive and told me he advised me of my options and that we no longer needed to have this discussion. Then I asked to see the manager, he said the manager was gone and would be back the next day. I have to work the next day. This place is very unprofessional.

We've had wireless service with AT&T for many years so when we had some important billing questions arise, Casey Dyer spent a good deal of time to dig deeper into our questions and was able to provide the answers we needed. Casey is a great customer service rep. for the Damonte Ranch location!

Jeremiah Harmon at this store was incredibly helpful. My Iphone broke under strange circumstances and he suggest I take it to the apple store and see if they with fix it. They unfortunately did not. I brought the phone back to him and he was quick and resourceful and got me out the door within 30 minutes.
All AT&T employees should be like Jeremiah.
