“Check engine light came on in my 2012 BMW X5 diesel. Turned out to be problem with the DEF system which had to be replaced. Techs did a great job of explaining what was wrong and options. I opted for replacing the system. Not cheap, but SAS has cared for my last three BMW’s and I’ve been very happy with the honesty and the quality of their work. Happy I opted to do the repair properly after weighing the options.”

“Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most importantly, we were able to make it safely back to California. Much thanks to Dustin and his staff!”
