“Absolutely fantastic experience. Kimberly was AMAZING. I told her what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. She made it happen and we basically did the entire deal via texting. I walked in and looked around, no one jumped on me to buy anything. I met Kimberly and she took me to the car (which had a giant red bow on it), showed me the paperwork and walked me upstairs for a lovely latte while we waited for finance so I could sign the paperwork. “I went to the Toyota website to find a list of services needed for 50,000 miles on my Tacoma. It was an extensive list of checks that they recommend. I took the list into Arrow and was told everything on the list is already done as part of their oil change. They completed the oil change and they gave me a complete print-out, with pictures, of everything they checked during that service. Everything had been checked and I was very pleased.
I have used Arrow for years and trust them completely. I continue to be pleased with the services I receive there and won't go anywhere else.”

I just went down to Reno Tire Pros (honestly found by proximity with a Google search) because my tire pressure light kept coming on. Not only did they take care of my problem quickly, the gentleman at the front was honest about my tire needs. They had an opportunity to be dishonest and could have ripped me off, but chose not to. For that alone, they will get all my future (actual, necessary) business, and referrals if anyone has tire related needs. Thank you guys!”

“I had originally booked an appointment at Big Brand Tire & Service through my warranty company Repair Pal, due to my vehicle having a check engine light come on while driving. Was hoping it might just require a minor repair but after Big Brand Tire ran their diagnostics, gave it a full inspection, and fixed the issue causing the check engine light, they discovered that I also had a damaged cam/lifter that would eventually destroy my engine if left un-repaired.
Kenny and his team did an amazing job working with my warranty company to not only locate an engine for my older (2012) vehicle but also keeping me updated along the way and working to save me as much money as possible. Thanks to Kenny and Big Brand Tire I only had to pay my deductible for a brand new engine along with some other required maintenance for the repair.
They even went above and beyond and fixed a likely unrelated exhaust rattle that caused noise while driving at no cost to me. Kenny was a fantastic service advisor to work with and his team did a great job on my vehicles repair. Would highly recommend Big Brand Tire & Service if your vehicle is in need of repair, big or small.”
