“Absolutely fantastic experience. Kimberly was AMAZING. I told her what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. She made it happen and we basically did the entire deal via texting. I walked in and looked around, no one jumped on me to buy anything. I met Kimberly and she took me to the car (which had a giant red bow on it), showed me the paperwork and walked me upstairs for a lovely latte while we waited for finance so I could sign the paperwork. “Check engine light came on in my 2012 BMW X5 diesel. Turned out to be problem with the DEF system which had to be replaced. Techs did a great job of explaining what was wrong and options. I opted for replacing the system. Not cheap, but SAS has cared for my last three BMW’s and I’ve been very happy with the honesty and the quality of their work. Happy I opted to do the repair properly after weighing the options.”

“Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most importantly, we were able to make it safely back to California. Much thanks to Dustin and his staff!”

“This company has been here forever. They are consistent and work very hard to get it done for you. I went for two used tires. Savannah is SUPER❤️?? It was busy, and still only took 45 mins to complete. The Guys are so nice. The tires are awesome ! I sat in the waiting room, had coffee and talked to some other guests. The time went fast and I was out.

She listened to what I needed and took my needs into consideration and let me decide (no high pressure tactics or demeaning behavior towards ________). They have great year end sales and I was able to get a new car for what I was prepared to pay for a pre-owned. She had 1 Impreza Sport in stock that checked all the boxes. Their customer service is top notch. I also went to another dealership in Reno and my experience there was less than satisfactory, which is why I purchased here.
