Absolutely love this BMO bank in Reno, NV. I had a problem and they resolved it with grace, patience and the upmost courtesy. Suzanne G, was exceptionally professional, encouraging and attentive to my needs with a smile. Every time I go it seems the drive through is closed, paper signs on front door with shortened hours, I thought banks were regulated and had to be accessible to public?!?
