“I needed to make a payment before the new 5pm closing time for all Reno Sparks branches on my credit card. I was close to the Rancharrah location. It has plenty of free parking and it's easy to get to. The place is spacious and super clean inside. The teller handled my payment quickly and courteously.It had one other person leaving as I was coming in close to 5 pm on a Monday.”

“Recently (over the last 3-4 years) Wells Fargo has been excellent to work with. Gone are the bad old days when unneeded accounts were required to obtain necessary services. Brokerage services are easy to work with. The mobile app is very good though I haven't used the check deposit function. Credit card options are excellent, a recent change. If you qualify, premier banking services are excellent. If you need the services of a large national bank, checkout Wells Fargo.”

“Ugh I’m surprised by these reviews. I am literally obsessed with this branch. I’m obsessed with Sonia who is the beautiful teller with long dark hair. They were all out of dumb dumbs, the lollipops, and the flavor I like, and she went all the way in the back to get me the ones I like, they always handle my cashiers checks, even if 5 o’clock hits in they’re technically closed they still let me come in and they still handle business. If I want a big stack of cash if she doesn’t blink her eyes and she just makes that happen. I would love those Chase. I love this bank and I think everyone else just lying. They do charge little fees like $10 to get a rent cashiers check but that’s life. I think people would appreciate these beautiful, hard-working souls and show them a little appreciation. They have to deal with annoying people all day. Show them some respect!
And for Sonya, I think she deserves a raise! That woman is amazing——-Just if your boss is reading this. I’m not even kidding. She’s the reason they keep coming back here to this location anyways.”

“Just opened an acct there. I felt I was well taken care of yes it looks like 3 people are doing multiple jobs but it's like that everywhere right now. Yes fees are abundant in the fine print it's on me to understand what I signed. Just left a bank with just as many fees. My Walmart card erases my earned cash back every month I use my overdraft protection which right now is every month and they don't need the money finally my propane ran dry so they just charged me $100 for that and said they couldn't come to fill until next Thursday so 1 week. It's snowing and 30 so no guess what for another 100 they came today so total $512 it lasts 1.3 mo. So anyone out there who is low income under 30k and never pays a fee hats off my friend bravo”

I went in this morning to take care of some banking business and, I have to say, it was a great experience. I worked with Alondra, and she was very professional and friendly. I could not have been more pleased with the service.”
