Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. I read the other reviews before I called them and the good reviews are accurate, based on my own experience. They texted me when the diagnosis was finished and texted me when the work was complete. They were finished earlier than they expected, which was good because I was able to avoid the late afternoon rush hour traffic in Reno.

Isaac as the customer service representative was professional and kept in communication with me as things developed with my Audi Q5 60k check up. He assisted in getting two elements partially paid for by my extended warranty which is much appreciated.
My only complaint was when given a loaner car (maintenance took 7 days instead of 1 as originally expected), it was filthy dirty and covered with pet hair. I would expect a company that deals with European, higher end cars, would provide a clean car before allowing it off the lot. A client’s car washed when returned would also be a nice touch.

They provided me with the services I wanted, called me when an unforeseen issue arose, had a loaner vehicle available, went a step beyond to make me happy. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and they delivered on time. In short, I’d recommend them to anyone. They’re my “go to” place for work on my Mercedes.

Absolutely fantastic. Brought my ‘21 Audi SQ5 here for front and rear brakes/rotors. Saved me thousands over the dealer, work was performed quickly and on time, new brakes are better than OEM (they gave me the option for OEM but I never cared for the OEM performance).
I’ve been an Audi fanatic for 15 years (on my 6th one). I’m very particular and wary of service with indie shop, but I don’t waste money on dealer service not covered by warranty; I will not hesitate to bring my car back here - they know what they’re doing.
Shop and office staff are organized and highly responsive with communication. Labor and parts are exactly where they should be. Greatly appreciate this place!
