Ben's is a small store that is always organized, clean and super friendly. The staff are super friendly and always willing to assist you. Prices are fair and the selection of wine and liquor is great. The store offer wine tasting events and excellent service. Team members are helpful, polite and willing to help you find your liquor or walked a heavy box into the car. Customer engagement is not overwhelming and the establishment is top notch. Customer enjoy the cool, personable and funny staff, and can even bring a dog for treats and jerkies. The place makes Reno look like a nice place. Check them out.
