The worst liquor store I've ever been to, prices higher than any other store in the area (total wine, Lee's) the selection is meh, but the worst thing was the customer service. I think what was the manager (idk I wish I had her name but she referred to it as her store so I'd imagine that's the case) was beyond rude and should not be working in customer service. I also got the vibe that she was drunk on the job or at the very least on something. She was white with red hair and middle aged, she should be fired and replaced for sure, never been treated worse as a paying customer. I will never come back to this store or another Ben's liquor ever again and I would recommend you do the same solely on the selection and price. Worst store I think I've ever been to.

The folks at Ben's are always attentive and friendly! They make you feel like friends. They are very knowledgeable about their products. They always make great suggestions.

I loved the ability to talk to someone who was educated on the bourbon I wanted to know about. I was truly surprised that they were able to educate me on spirits. If you want to someone who will give you an honest opinion, Ben's is we're you need to go. This is the only place I will go to Reno to get an honest answer to what is a good drink!

Stopped in for some whiskey today. Was referred to NV36. Some of the best whiskey I've had. Very comparable to Woodford and makers mark. I think I like it more than makers. 10/10 would recommend.
